The ranch was beautiful and the hosts were wonderful (including the little piglets that greeted us in the morning).
The site would be amazing for a tent - had a bit of a tight squeeze (height and length) for a 18' RAM campervan.
Maybe with some trimming of the branches to allow for higher clearance and amending the parking space for it to support the weight of the would make it more suitable.
Still it was one of the highlights to go for the walk w/ the piglets and talk with the knowledgable and friendly hosts.

This was a great stop on our way from Durango to Hovenweep. Honestly, we were just looking for a place to sleep, but it was so much better than that. Brian came down and greeted us, accompanied by a troop of baby pigs. In the morning, he brought us fresh eggs, and we hiked up to see the beautiful view. The camping spots are nicely spaced, and while there's a bit of road noise, it quiets during the night.

Lovely little farm we where greeted right away by Brian who was extremely gracious and friendly. We got to meet some super cute little piglets which was adorable. It was close to Mesa verde and had everything we needed 5 min from town. Would definitely recommend.

Great farm stay! The pigs were sweet, and the hosts were very welcoming. Our RV spot was level enough and easy to back into (Site #2 “Cisco”). A little noise from the main road quiets down at night. Great stargazing. 12 mins to Mesa Verde visitors center.

We stopped by Liesl and Brian's place on our way back to Pennsylvania, after spending a few weeks traveling Montana down to Zion. Both were very accommodating and communication was great! Our camping spot "Cisco" was perfect for our fifth wheel, no trouble leveling and hookup to electric was a nice plus! We would definitely recommend this hipcamp to others...Liesl and Brian are great hosts!

Great location, only 5 minutes into town. Pigs, dogs, and chickens running around, which our son loved. Close to Mancos State park. Having shore power is always a bonus. Very private, semi-flat space for our trailer. Only about 20 minutes to San Juan national forest with miles of off-road trails

AMAZING!!! Everything about this ranch was perfect! Liesl and Brian were great, welcoming and very helpful! Like seriously, very helpful! Brian dropped everything that he was doing and helped us fix our car, when we got stranded in the Mesa Verde National Park.
This campsite was just what we needed to recharge and unplug. We will definitely be back ASAP, and I’ve already told all my friends about this beautiful place.
It was such a treat to stay there!

This was a really nice stopover on my trip from Summit County to Flagstaff. Easy to find and to get in and out of, and a great view of Mesa Verde just a short walk from the campsite. Hosts were very nice and communication was easy. Definitely plan to stay again.

A rooster and hens came by my campsite for a visit (this photo is through my screen door). Walking down from the viewpoint, you can see the ranch on the left and if you squint you can see the front of my white van parked at my campsite in the trees on the right. This old plywood table was sitting at the Mesa Verde viewpoint. View of Mesa Verde about 5-10 minute uphill walk from the campsite. Definitely worth the walk!
