Convenient and quiet

Austin was awesome! The location was perfect to hit up Garden of the Gods and close to town in case you need to grab anything. Plus his pup was so cute and sweet. Would highly recommend!

Great location and easy parking spot! Parked next to the house but between the trees so still felt private! Austin was a great host!

Home Away From Home

I am just beginning full time living in a camper, and Austin & Kat were my first hosts. The location is great, super close to Garden of the Gods and right in the middle of the Sinton Trail that'll take you west towards GOG, or east towards the Santa Fe Trail, a plus if you like to run or ride. My dog fit right in with their dog Jasper and another guest's dog, and felt fine letting them all run around in the fenced in backyard. Austin is a saint and was SUPER helpful when I felt a little over my head setting things up and mounting the tv to my camper wall. Really convenient water and sewage hookups too! I'd definitely book again.

Austin is a Vanlifer and a real one. So the hosts, even if in front of his house but have access to the comfort of state park and for only 25 dollars in Colorado Springs. 😉

A great stayover in CO.Springs!

This was a great spot for a few nights while we visited Colorado Springs! We have a 27' RV with 2 slideouts and this was the perfect space. Wuiet neighborhood. Nice, fully fenced in backyard and close to lots of things to do. There's even a dump station right on the property which was super convenient along with the option for electric/water hookups.
