Rustic Lodge at Highlands near RMNP

Horse Lodge is a spacious and rustic lodge that is perfect for a family getaway. While residing comfortably, your group will have picturesque views of Mount Meeker and the valley below. Only 30 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, your group will have access to many natural resources in the area.

This lodge has a large, open, living/dining room area with a fireplace. (Firewood is free & easily available) It is a great place to gather your entire group to dine, play games or sit by the fireplace and read a book. There is also a TV with DVD player. (The TV does not have cable or streaming service options!) This lodge also has a lovely covered porch with a rocker chair, and benches to enjoy the view.

We have a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove, coffee pot and microwave - all you need to bring is your food and beverages. (Alcohol must be previously approved) There is also a grill on the porch for a cookout.

Multiple bedrooms, some with connecting doors, and varying bed options give you a variety of ways to divide out your group. And, there are two bathrooms with showers.

Highlands' property, on which Horse Lodge is located, is extensive and offers many hiking trails and scenic viewpoints.

--Cell service is not available in the mountains but there is a telephone available in the main Retreat Center for guest use. The Retreat Center is located approximately 500 ft (2 city blocks) from the lodge.

--WiFi is available in our main Retreat Center, not within Horse Lodge.
