The site is a sandy loam soil with natural desert vegetation (cactus, ricegrass, rabbit grass, and more) that will require some leveling on your part. The sites are pull through and on a flat part of our property. That being said, you will probably need at least a couple leveling blocks.

Generators are allowed. Pets are allowed as long as they are leashed. We have livestock and 2 of our own dogs, 1 who is friendly to people, but not other dogs and we wish to avoid any issues. Campfires are at the discretion of the season and forest service warnings.

We do have wifi you can use if you are close enough to our living quarters to do so. Just ask if you need it! We haul water to the property from town so if you need water, let us know so we can grab some extra for you.

We live completely off grid so this property is a dry camping spot only. We have no ability to dump sewage (black tank) on the property, but you can empty your gray water tanks as needed. Having solar is amazing here as we get over 265 days of sun a year!

Husband is a mobile RV tech and can assist with repairs. Wife is a clinical herbalist and nurse and is available for those services, if needed.

Within an hour to Taos, NM; Great Sand Dunes National Park; Alamosa CO; Red River, NM; Questa, NM; and hiking in Mt Blanca.
