Located about 45 minutes from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National park, and 10 minutes from local shopping and dining options.
The property was previously used as a dairy farm and is now in our hands toward regenerative agriculture. You will see chickens roaming and hear ducks and sheep along with various wild birds to complement the surroundings!
The tent is beautifully arranged for 2 guests, with a queen size bed, plates, utensils, cookware, etc for two. Please contact us if you have any questions about staying with children or extra guests as we may be able to accommodate special requests.
There is road noise about a 1/4 mile away, mostly during the day and some at night, so if you want something really secluded, you will find better options out there. Our guests have said they were not bothered by that noise, and feel free to browse reviews as well, thanks!

I stayed at the homestead with one other girl. We had an amazing experience. The tent is very clean and the surrounding area is peaceful. We could hear the occasional car on the road at night, however it was mostly drowned out by the sound of creek flowing close by. The hosts of the property were extremely kind and offered some special opportunities once we were there (highly recommend the breakfast!) Loveland was close by and convenient for dinner every night. We definitely recommend staying here.
A wonderful place to stay within minutes of town. A peaceful environment to recharge.
Fantastic glamping site! So many thoughtful touches, clean, spacious and relaxing.
We loved staying at Joshua and his wife’s camp site! Everything was exactly as pictured and better. They are super nice and extremely friendly. We especially loved waking up to the sunrises and seeing their farm animals roam around. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area. The honey and fresh eggs are spectacular!

Thank you! It was a pleasure having you as our guests, and glad you enjoy the eggs and honey too!
Glamping at the Homestead is a delight! We absolutely loved our stay on Joshua and Molly's land.
The location is very convenient near Interstate 25 in Loveland, but still rural enough to feel peaceful. The sounds of birds and frogs from the pond nearby is also very relaxing.
When you arrive, the host has provided yellow arrow signs to help you find the site with ease. The tent has all the accommodations you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The bed is very comfortable and the couch is nice and relaxing. There is additional seats to relax outside including the porch, the fire pit, and the picnic table.
We are always so happy when we stay at a site with such a nice restroom option. The outhouse was spotless and very easy to use.
The entire site is decorated beautifully with perfect little details.
There is a little bit of highway noise at times, but not enough to disturb us. The birds in the morning were a pleasure to wake up to.
You are staying on a homestead near the homeowner, so if you are looking for complete privacy, this may not be what you have in mind. However, the host has built a nice privacy fence, the site is pointed away from the home, and the homeowners are very accommodating and respectful of your privacy. They are such a nice family.
Enjoy your time Glamping!

Thanks so much! We enjoyed your stay with us and the interactions.
I visited the Loveland area for a wedding and was so happy to find this glamp site to stay at while I was in town!
I found myself bragging about the camp and recommending it to my friends all weekend, I was disappointed to not be sticking around longer. The site is close to the rest of the farm but feels very private, and there were so many little touches that made my stay comfortable and special. Since I flew into town I was nervous that there would be camping gear I would wish I had, but they really accounted for so many things that I wasn't missing anything!
The hosts were really on top of communication and flexible to my wonky wedding weekend schedule. I whole heartedly recommend staying here!

It was our pleasure to host, thanks for staying with us!
