Stone Cabin in High Altitude Meadow
Early winter weekend
Absolutely beautiful little stone cabin! Two adults and two medium doggos stayed quite comfortably. We did pick a quite wintry weekend for our visit: the thermometer on my truck read 11° upon our arrival and the winds were fierce. We stayed quite cozy though with the wood stove cranked and warm sleeping bags. The two burner stove did great preparing breakfasts and dinners.

Stone Cabin in High Altitude Meadow
October camping
We loved our stay at the cabin! We went the third week in October and luckily had no snow on our drive in. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had plenty of awesome amenities for us. We loved the wood burning stove to keep us toasty at night, and the surrounding area is awesome for walking around. Lastly the sunrise was incredible!! We were able to poke our heads out and check it out before getting back into bed

It felt like staying in a castle!
This was such a gorgeous stay, a perfect location in a high alpine meadow! So cozy and warm with the firewood I brought.

Thanks for sharing this amazing space! We loved the stone cabin, and were pleasantly surprised with not only the amazing view, but the amenities left i the cabin. This was truly a one if a kind experience that we will treasure!
