Elk Avenue 2nd Fl Sanctuary w/cat!

Jenny’s place is an adorable one bedroom apartment above a shoe store in downtown Crested Butte! The location could not be any better and gives you the chance to feel like a local in this magical mountain town. We had it mostly to ourselves with the possibility of Jenny’s friends coming to check on her plants and her cat but we didn’t see anyone else during our stay. The place is cozy and warm and had everything we needed: bed, shower, flushing toilet, fridge.

Kabo the cat is a wonderful and social host! We absolutely love cats and enjoyed the chance to treat him with tuna and cuddle with him. We joked more than once about taking him home with us and we were sad to leave him!

We hope to stay here every time we visit our favorite Colorado community!

I loved spending a few days in Jenny's home. Beautifully decorated and perfectly situated in town. Kabo is the best!

Jennys place was so homey and perfectly located in town. We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone coming to crested butte who is an animal lover. Thanks again ♥️

We absolutely loved our stay at Jen’s loft. The loft itself is a super unique space and in a great location right in the middle of town. Shops, Restaurants/Bars, and the Bus Stop are very accessible and a short walk away. We had a party of two which worked out great for us because there’s one bedroom (if you have more people there are two couches or room for an air mattress on the floor). Jen had great communication from check-in to check-out, which made it a seamless process. We appreciated her attention to detail and warm welcome. Last but not least, we LOVED taking care of Jen’s cat Kabo! He’s the sweetest little companion and made our trip all the more memorable. We’re definitely going to book another trip back to Jen’s loft in Crested Butte to spend more time in the adorable town but more importantly to reunite with Kabo <3

Jenny's apartment reflects the magic behind an eclectic woman I never got to meet in person. Very functional space decorated with cool art, great books for the outdoors or inner dimensions, and cozy and comfortable lounging and sleeping spaces. She was also very communicative. The only hiccup for us was the very sweet and cuddly cat, Kabo, which I loved, but kept us up the first night. Jenny was very responsive to us though and made it right for the next night. I would discuss any concerns in advance. Overall, great space and great host: I highly recommend this property!
