There was some trouble with the gate code, but Justin let us park on another part of his land. We had some car trouble so he kindly let us park for an extra day (we did not camp that night). Great host!
Justin is a great communicator, and gave good directions.
The views were incredible, and the stars were as clear and bright as I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend camping here!
Everything was exactly as expected! Loved being able to disperse camp in a private setting, was able to easily find and access the property. Had a blast cooking dinner, watching the sunset, and playing fetch with our dog. We ventured out in Moab and the drive to and from was very enjoyable, as well as the drive through Gateway afterwards.

This property resides in a beautiful valley just an hour away from Moab. It's absolutely stunning and secluded. I wish we could've stayed and extra day!

We were not able to stay, but Justin worked to refund us as much as he could. Great communication from Justin. No cell service at site. It was 93F when we arrived at 11pm, we were tent camping and it was just too hot so we moved on. Definitely would have stayed if temp was better - google told us there would be a low in 60s, so don’t listen to Google. Great spot to stop along or from Telluride area.
Justin was an amazing host, he communicated with me the whole time and was very accommodating! We saw some amazing wildlife, and experienced a beautiful sunset! If you want to fall asleep instantly as soon as night falls, stay here. We tried to stay awake and couldn’t it was so quiet!

Hi Kolten, I was happy to provide you with a refund but have a hard time believing it was 93 degrees at 11 pm. It drops in the 70s by that time in the dead of summer. Since there isn't any cell service in the area, weather apps will show an earlier temp from when you had service (maybe that was the case). I don't want potential campers receiving false information. Either way, happy to communicate with you and would love for you to come by again!
