My property has close access to HWY 160, close to Mesa Verde National Park, Phils World, and more. I live on a quiet street, from which, if you walk down in the evening, you're bound to see a beautiful sunset over the Montezuma Valley.

Pick your own camping spot next to the garden and the fruit trees. You'll have access to water from the house. There is enough room in the fenced in yard for kids or dogs to play.

Mancos has some great stuff to offer, all within walking or biking distance. I enthusiastically recommend Mancos Brewery, Fenceline Cider, Fahrenheit Coffee, Absolute Baking Company, and Artisans of Mancos.

I've called this special part of the Southwest home for 10+ years. Ask me about spots for biking, fishing, hiking, etc.
