We live on 20 acres surrounded by National Forest and a conservation trust. We have our sawmill and home on the property with a barn for entertainment. There are 2 bathrooms available ,one with a shower. You are welcome to eat on the barn patios or just sit and relax. Wonderful hiking in forest, fishing lake 2 miles away.We are near Pikes Peak and beautiful Woodland Park Colorado. Unlimited hiking from our property. Manitou Lake is 2 miles away. Beautiful setting and fishing. 45 minutes from Colorado Springs-and an hour from Air Force Academy. Our site is very peaceful. This is part of a ranch property dating from 1879. We are 20 minutes from the South Platte river known for its fly fishing.

Sawmill Barn
Great spot. We parked a 36ft rv with a Jeep tow. No problem getting in and out. Beautiful area and peaceful setting. Nita and her whole family were very nice and kind. They allowed us a 110 outlet to keep our fridge going. There is a working sawmill on the property they operate. And playful nice dog that wanted lots of attention.

Sawmill Barn
We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was very welcoming and helpful. It’s a beautiful location with a great shower lol. We watched the sunset from the balcony of the barn and enjoyed our peaceful night.
