We loved our stay at the Pond site. The owners were so lovely and even gave us a cute fairy lantern gift. My girls loved the ducks, swings, and paddle boat! I enjoyed a nice walk with our dog around the property. This is a perfect place to stay if you’re in the area. Quiet, peaceful, and only 20 mins to Great Sand Dunes National Park!
Peaceful and welcoming spot. Paddle boat and ducks were fun for all!

It was lovely to have you.
Heather and her husband are incredibly kind and hospitable. Their property is so beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains, feeding the ducks in the ponds and having a campfire in the fire pit at night to stay warm. I would recommend this place to anyone! Could not ask for kinder hosts.
Absolutely amazing! The property is stunning and its not too far from all the coolest things this area has to offer. Highly recommend
Beautiful sites and helpful hosts
Very nice site with beautiful views. A lot of fun for kids. We arrived late at night, but host still welcomed us in person and showed us where everything is. Highly recommend.

Great to have you. You were lovely guests.
Absolutely lovely property. Heather makes you feel very welcome. We stayed in site 2 in the shade of trees. A rare find in this valley. With hammocks, a great pond with koi and pet ducks that you can paddle boat around with, and a large community fire pit. At night the trees are decorated with beautiful fire fly light jars. So subtle and fairy like. And the Stars are breath taking! Our kids loved it. Great proximity to Sand Dunes, Hot Springs, Wildlife refuge, Zapata Falls, Alamosa, and Monte Vista. For trailers and RV's electric and water at each site. We will definitely book again if in the area.

So happy you enjoyed your stay. It was great to have you!
Very nice property, very relaxing 😎 Nice people I recommend staying if you get the chance

Thanks for coming. 😊
Peaceful, quiet and private
What a beautiful peaceful place Heather and Patrick offer. We stayed in our camper van in the tree site. Nice shade and water. The firefly lights at night were magical. Close to Sand Dunes NP. Heather was an awesome host and the wonderful goody bag on our arrival,, we knew we arrived at a great campsite. We will be back.
Quiet, pleasant and relaxing
Heather was a great host to me and the family while we stayed there. She met us with a gift basket and a smile. Gave us pointers on what was around the area that was great to see, do and eat.
We visited with her on a couple occasions and she was quite friendly.
We loved the ducks and our dogs loved a place they could smell around.
Thank you Heather!
