'420 Friendly Campground with ammenities.  Dorm cabins are shared sleeping space only, they have electricity but are basic, without heating, cooling or insulation and toilets, showers and kitchen are centrally located and shared.  For same-day booking, find us on google and call.

Camp Kush is located in the shadow of Mesa Verde National Park with panoramic mountain/mesa views of the Four Corners region, all only 5 miles from Cortez.

We have private couple’s or group cabins, shared hostel-style cabins with bunk beds, tent and vehicle sites, a stocked community kitchen, a covered event space, vault toilets and hot showers.  We also have a traditional "HOGAN" tiny house that is more private.

Camp Kush is in an arid desert climate. Water is stored in cisterns for use in camp. Because of this we ask that you bring your own bedding and linens, your own drinking water & limit water use in camp. Bedding/Linens are provided for Cabins if needed.

We are a cannabis friendly destination & are inclusive! Cool folks of any ethnic background, national origin or religion are all welcome here!  Camp Kush is not a late-night party or festival destination.  In the Summer & early Fall, we may have live music some evenings until Sunset :)

FOLLOW US on IG for updates at Camp_Kush4Corners and find us on the web for our StarHouse booking on the property  CampKush4Corners.

There are so many things to do/see nearby: Mesa Verde National Park, Canyons of the Ancients, Hovenweep National Monument and Phil's World. Raft down the Dolores river, maybe rent an SUP or kayak and chill on a quiet reservoir. There are several museums and cultural centers in the area as well.

"Cortez Eatz" delivers to Camp Kush from local Cortez restaurants.

We are located just outside of Cortez on a surfaced gravel road. You really need a vehicle to get the full Colorado experience as public transportation is scarce...and the land, vast!

Durango is 45 min and Telluride is 1.5 hr drive.  Moab is less than 2.5 hours away-including Arches and Canyonlands National parks. Phil's World Mountain Biking Trails is TEN MINUTES away.

This was the perfect way for me to “re-enter” into civilization after a week in the mountains. The shower was nice and hot, the bunk was very comfortable and the electric blanket was a lovely, cozy touch. Clean bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor lounge area was the icing on the cake. It’s also VERY close to Mesa Verde so I’d definitely recommend the camp to anyone who is planning on spending a few days exploring in the area.

This place is better than I expected! The kitchen is amazing- coffee maker, ice machine (with a small $donation), blender, hot plates & pots/pans for cooking, kitchen tools & spices, etc. Very stocked & a great break from having NO kitchen while camping! The screened pavilion with lots of picnic tables offers shade & coolness from the hot sun. The SUNSETS ARE AMAZING & there’s an observation deck with ladder steps you can climb to get perfect pictures! The bathrooms are adorable & very clean- so are the showers. This used to be a literal church camp so it’s set up like one. The hosts are so kind & fun. You can smoke cannabis anywhere. Super fun & respectful environment. I extended my stay from one night to a whole week : )
