Owners were extremely nice and assistive, would definitely stay here again.
nice and safe place for camping , the string of lights add beauty to the place. they have electric sockets as well so if you have small space heater for camp you can use it during winter
Service was excellent, very homely. I verified with the host if bringing a camper would be alright and he assured me it would, however through the entrance to the property there is a ( very ) narrow concrete bridge to the sites. Once we actually found the site, and the steep dirt road up to it, we attempted to get the camper up to it. Luckily the Host came up and accomidated us to stay toward the bottom of the hill and just park the camper where it was mostly level. Just be aware, if you're planning on bringing anything longer than 20-25 ft. you should reconsider. Otherwise, a very lovely campsite, with some portapotties, water access and a nice fire pit. Lovely folks.
Unfortunately we were unable to make it to Larry's spot on the day we reserved but he was easy to deal with and reserve. Hope to have a chance to stay next time we are in the area.
Really enjoyed our stay there, and the camping gear they had set up at the site (picnic table, bathroom, chair, mini fridge, shelving to place food and other storage), and even a nice hammock. I would recommend this camping site. The only complaint I would have was the long periods of barking dogs in the early hours of the morning, it seems there are two that may belong to a neighbor. The website states that it is not pet friendly so I believe it was someone else who lives on the property. Other than that, we had a great stay and enjoyed our time there.

What a unique place! The hosts were super lovely and very helpful with Yosemite advice. Easily accessible to Yosemite, and a great value for the money! Would definitely stay again for a day or two of camping.
Very friendly hosts, great proximity to Yosemite’s west entrance, delicious restaurants in Coulterville, and we were pleasantly surprised to find amenities including coffee. The port-a-John was a bit full (perhaps overdue to be changed), but clean enough. Written directions were very helpful and easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking to go to Yosemite (make sure to make entrance reservations a week in advance), and mammoth lakes are also a great day trip option!
