West of Modesto, in California's San Joaquin Valley, you’ll find an area rich in agriculture known as Wood Colony. Established in 1869, this soil has been farmed through generations and filled with history. Wood Colony Haven sits on just under 10 acres of land, surrounded by beautiful walnut and almond orchards as well as grazing ground for our livestock. We are situated in the “Golden Triangle” as our ranch is conveniently situated with easy access to major highways and freeways such as I-5, 99, and 132. With less than 2 hours in proximity to both the mountains and the ocean, Wood Colony offers the best centralized location for any activity!West of Modesto sits a quaint community filled with rich agricultural history. The host was amazing and the site was nice and clean. The bathroom and shower was perfect after a long day of traveling. The animals on site were very cute and eager to say hello when I arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect
Cheyenne's spot had everything!! Power, water, dump station, privacy (ex the steers and sheep which were really a treat) quiet, great views, and a sincerely kind and gracious host. This was all topped by the separate building with a recently remodeled "spa quality" bathroom. Walk-in shower, fluffy towels, high end soaps etc. What an incredible treat after a week of RV showers! GO NOW!!

Don’t hesitate - book your stay!!
Cheyenne was a gracious and attentive host and the site was top notch. It was super clean, well situated and I can’t imagine you’ll ever find a nicer bathroom. The sheep and cows were fun neighbours and the fire pit was stocked with wood. Highly recommended.

We were so happy with this camp! Cheyenne is kind and thoughtful as a host, the bathroom and shower is lovely and everything about the hook-ups is in great shape and convenient. The location makes it so special, surrounded by almond orchards and livestock, very quiet and yet very close to town. We hope to return and will recommend to friends and family.
