You have the option of  $20 back if you choose not to enjoy our hot breakfast (due to "distancing") ;  but you can still enjoy juice/coffee/tea, muffins, and yogurt .  Stay safe and healthy! (please notify us ahead of time if you do not want breakfast).

The restroom is yours exclusively (morning and evening) when you stay here;         I clean it every day, between every group or guest.

One mile away is Harvey Bear County Park, with trails for bikes, horses or walking. We are 5 minutes from the Gilroy Outlets, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle! Come, relax and enjoy nature!

When you arrive, please read the notes in the cabin so you are aware of what you can and can't do around the animals. This is an animal farm. If you love new animal experiences, this is the place for you! If you are scared of or allergic to cats or dogs, this might not be the place for you! If you can't handle new smells and sounds, this might not be the place for you.  There is dirt, dust and various country critters.  If you are adventurous and love animals and want a unique experience, come check us out!

We love staying here, especially my daughter. She loves jumping on the trampoline, feeding the animals, and playing on the playground and in the various kid-sized houses. As soon as we're heading out, she's asking when we can come back. The cabin is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

Kim is so sweet and really goes the extra mile to make things wonderful, both attentive and laid back at the same time.

Flying Pig is a great place to getaway for the weekend.

My 6 year old daughter loves staying at this farm. This was our third stay and it was great as usual. The cabin now has a bunk bed and a queen which is nice for traveling with kids. We enjoyed feeding the alpacas, sheep, goats, and chickens. We saw newborn rabbits!

Very pleasant stay. Kim’s hospitality is part of this great experience. Perfect settings for our short getaway. Kids best part definitely was the interactions with the animals, especially the super cute bunnies (Butterscotch, Carmel, etc). My best part was the breakfast in a farm house with morning sunshine. Would love to be back.

We've been coming here for a few years and will continue coming. We love our days on the farm. Kim serves a delicious breakfast and guides us to visit the animals and feed them. Besides the animals, the kids also like using the trampoline and the playground. The cabin is clean and comfortable and the host is very welcoming!

Had a great time at Kim's hipcamp. My son loved running around on the little kid's trampoline, feeding the sheep, goats, alpacas, and chickens. He loved chasing the free range chickens around, and Kim's dog and cat when they were out.
The property is quite large so you don't feel like you're in somebody's backyard or anything.
There was another event going on when we first arrived, but Kim made time to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable and having a good time.
The room was larger than I expected, clean and comfy bed, and pillows. Loved the decor. We enjoyed the French toast and fresh cut fruits for breakfast.

My only advice is to pack your outdoor shoes, like rain boots or something that's easy to clean lol

We have a family of 7 ppl with 4 kids. It was a great experiences for all of us. The kids had a lot of fun feeding animals, jumping, breathing the nature and counting stars at nights, those they cannot do normally in the suburb.. And adults can relax, read books and do whatever while kids are running around..
The owner, Kim is very nice and considerate, the breakfast she made is fantastic..
