I loved staying at Alan's ranch, in his special grove of trees by the pond. Such a peaceful and beautiful spot! It's not often you get to befriend a turkey while camping! Not to mention seeing a peacock strutting around. Lovely lovely spot. Alan was a gracious host, I enjoyed meeting him. Highly recommend and will be back!
Host was very responsive to messages. Checked in but did not hover. Perfect for family with kids and dogs.
We loved our stay at Alan’s, he definitely lives in paradise. The campground has very clean flushing restrooms, a shower (cold), water and sinks. You can canoe in the lake, he has canoes and life vests. He is an awesome host, he greeted us and it was a pleasure hearing the story of how the property came to be. If you love animals, the assistant hosts will blow your mind; a friendly and cuddly turkey, 4 friendly dogs, peacocks, chickens, llamas, cows, geese, guineafowls, a horse and a pony. There are also turtles and cranes at the lake and bunnies everywhere. We really loved every minute of it, great property. We will definitely be back very soon.

A piece of heaven with Alan as an angel. The turkey fell in love with us and so many other animals…. Geese, a turtle(!!!), cows, llamas, peacock, dogs, egrets… wow heaven. What a treasure!

I loved tent camping at Alan Ranch. We are a family of 4, My 2 daughters loved the farm, the animals and making s’mores. The place is really great and we will come back for sure.
My husband and I had the most wonderful time at Alan’s farm! Alan is indeed a very special person to get to know. I have huge admiration for the wonderful place he has dedicated himself to building and nurturing! 💕
Alan's Grove, where Campers set up their tents is awesome! Trees everywhere. Shade all day. Lots of space for campers to spread out and have privacy. Free range chickens wander around all day. Also, geese, peacocks and sometimes Alan's dogs that love people.

We really enjoyed our stay at the campsite.Alan was. very helpful and kind enough to help us with fixing the tent . All of us had great fun experience here and it was really nice talking to Alan about his journey and experiences, sharing food and memories. Overall it's an excellent triip and we hope to go back again.
We had a great Memorial Day weekend camping on Alan’s beautiful ranch is his grove of trees. The best part is camping without out the crowds! We had a whole huge grassy area with trees where our kids played wiffle ball and ran around all weekend. The common area bbqs and fire pit are great and having flushing toilets was awesome as well. We would definitely camp here again.
