We love dog people and especially the dogs, but we have not had a good time of it lately. We have cats and chickens. I will assume your dog will chase them...and that is not oK - the assuming or the chasing. Keep the pet on a leash...please.

Stars for days
This campsite was great and the hosts were amazing. This area is perfect whether your moderate at camping expert or beginner. We were able to arrange our dogs to go with us even though we have a larger breed and although they live on property you are so far removed from the main house that you have your privacy. Sometimes you can catch a glimpse of them walking their animals but for the most part they gave us our space and let us really enjoy our surroundings. We also had an amazing creek by our campsite that provided us great cool air as well as some peaceful noise to help us sleep. Oh, and the stars… absolutely breathtaking. You can lay right on the ground and look up into an and less sky of stars with no noise or light pollution to disturb you. Just the pure ability to find yourself at this location. Highly recommend.
This was my second hipcamp experience. The campsite was beautiful theyre spaced out pretty well to. Short walk down to a peaceful stream. Most sites are a few hundred yards or so from where you can park. They do have wheel barrel s to use that made this a very minor inconvenience but still good to know. Hosts were very welcoming. I hope i get the opportunity to visit again. Excited to see what new improvements they make.
This place is incredible, can't wait to go back! Mehmet and Chico have done an amazing job with beautiful gardens/plants, variety of campsites, clean decorated porta potty, and small playground for kids. There's a dish drying rack at one of the two water stations which is well water you can drink if you need extra water. They even have several wheel barrels that make getting your stuff to the site much easier. Plenty of space between sites. Two entry points to the river which was truly magical. Just be careful, there are rocks in the river you might kick b/c you just can't tell they're there. Definitely wear some secure shoes (we almost lost a chancla :/ )They have thought of everything, hand painted signs everywhere to identify amenities. Ropes to help you across the river, life jackets, table and chairs by the river in a shady spot plus a zipline to get your things down to the sites located by the river. I didn't get to take a shower, but it looked super nice. Honestly, you just couldn't ask for anything better :) Great hosts!
