This is a great spot for a quick overnight stay or longer to really enjoy nature. The neighborhood is peaceful with friendly neighbors and a ton of wildlife including deer, turkey, and more.
Our 10 acre property is on a hillside with several trees. We live about half way up the hill and away from camp. Camp is located on flat land near the bottom of the property.
We are centrally located between San Luis Obispo and the Village of Arroyo Grande. The nearest wine tasting is about 3 min away. We are far enough from the city but close enough for convenience.
