We are located 35 miles (one hour) from Yosemite's south entrance.
From the main gate, drive about an 1/8 mile. At the dead oak tree, make a hard right turn (west).
If you don't make that right turn, you'll end up at the wrong campsite.
Note: Although you can access Granite View with any 2WD vehicle, if the ground is extra wet or muddy, you WILL require a 4

Also...any vehicles larger than a minivan or full-size truck will be very difficult to exit this site. Therefore, NO RVs or 5th Wheels are allowed at Granite View.
