I have a small ranch with two barns and open flat land on the Central Coast to park your RV or camper. There is plenty of open space to park your RV, (turn around, back in, pull-thru) and I do allow RV campers to set up tents as well, if desired. The B.Y.O.T. #4 site can be booked for anyone with a RV/camper trailer/camper van as it has pull thru access. I am located on

There is plenty of open space to park your RV, (turn around, back in, pull-thru) and I do allow RV campers to set up tents as well, if desired. The B.Y.O.T. #4 site can be booked for anyone with a RV/camper trailer/camper van as it has pull thru access. I am located on the Cali Coast at the half way points from Los Angeles and San Francisco and is the perfect stopover when traveling. What you will get here is seclusion and strawberry scented air. The ranch is on the riverbed mesa with a panoramic view of the Sierra Madre mountain range, avocado orchards, and the valley floor is covered in strawberry fields.
I have small individual BBQ pits that you can use at your site; or you can bring your own small grills.
The property is a quick 2 miles off the 101, at an exit with all the stores/amenities you need for your camping experience. I am located where several wine trails begin that will wrap you through Foxen Canyon down into Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, and Los Alamos to tasting rooms and some intimate cafes. This is also a famous cycling route. Going North of Santa Maria you have hiking, beaches, sand dunes, more wineries, bike trails, hot springs, and my all time favorite Thursday night Farmers Market in SLO. Madonna Inn is a one of kind must-see iconic pop culture throw back hotel/restaurant/bakery--a fun dessert and coffee stop after the farmers market where you can check out every nook and cranny (especially both downstairs bathrooms). In Pismo Beach you will find the Triple D famed Splash Café which has delicious seafood and clam chowder bread bowls. Just around the corner are the biggest, gooiest, yummiest cinnamon rolls at Old West Bakery (one will feed 4+). Both are so worth the lines and you will have to get there early before they sell out (Maple Bacon)--no guilt there if you hike Madonna Hill or Montana De Oro first!
When you are done checking out all the cool places on the Central Coast you will come back to a beautiful sunset, sky full of stars and a bonfire if desired. Please bring your own bundle of wood (Walmart, Grocery Outlet, Albertson's, Lowes & Home Depot); your own camping chairs, and any camping equipment for cooking.

We had great sweeping views over the mountains with a beautiful sunset. We had plenty of space in RV spot 2 - I think that this is without a doubt the best spot to book. It was quiet except for the birds that have nests at several spots in the barn. They did wake me up in the morning but hey, that’s nature. The mobile toilet was very clean so kudos for that.
We booked it because it was a good spot passing through from Cayucos to Santa Barbara, but I have to say in the immediate neighborhood there is not much to do - there are only farms ;) I knew all of this and thought when booking that the price was a little steep for a very basic, self-service type of camp spot. Overall I would recommend, but not necessarily for more than one day.

I loved camping near the strawberry fields. It was a nice and quiet private campground. Sunset views of the central coast mountains were amazing. Would definitely recommend it.

This was a lovely surprise! The site was just beautiful, with big views out over the strawberry fields. Easy to get to, with plenty of room for our camper and dog. Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice views over the strawberry fields. We were the only ones there, and contact with Meredith was easy through the hipcamp app. Note the cold shower, (we were aware of that, but good to know if you're reading this review).
Our stay on the strawberry farm was convenient and quiet at night. We found the place easily and slept well, which is mostly what we went for. We could hear insects and frogs at night, it was relaxing!

Easy pull thru access with small RV. Excellent communication wit host. All offerings on property exceeded expectations
