We have solar lights and new beds and clean sheets to enjoy the most restful nights sleep in the woods. Our private outdoor shower has warm water and fun outdoor communal kitchen is wonderful for entertaining and sharing a meal. We have all of the kitchen utensils you would need, coffee maker, toaster, ice machine, small fridge to share with other guests. A pizza oven and we try to keep oils and spices fully stocked. The Kitchen is located right next to our veggie garden in between our two orchards. It is the hub of entertaining, for more of a private night the sites all have solar lights a battery lantern and a small table and chairs. You can bring one of our ice buckets to your site or ask for our camp stove we have one available to use if you reserve it and would like privacy.
We are based in between the middle fork of the Yuba river right where it meets up with Oregon Creek. If you like a long walk it is 2.5 miles down the dirt road to Oregon Creek and the middle fork of the Yuba. Driving takes 5 to 10 mins. The other direction is the largest lake in our county Bullards Bar Reservoir and Emerald Cove Marina. We are 1 mile down Marysville Rd. from a launch called dark day. There is a trailhead at the top of overflow boat parking for a public swimming hole on the lake.
On our property like anywhere in the woods there is an hour at sunset that you may have mosquitoes down near the sites. We have natural spray for that or fans in the kitchen. Off the path you may find poison oak in the thick of the woods. So please stay on the marked trails.

We are already planning our next trip here! Jay, who helps Deja manage the property, was amazing! His dogs were so sweet and he was an absolute gem of a human! He helped us make the most amazing pizza my new Yorker father has had in YEARS!!!! The entire place was as clean as you can get outside! The kitchen, while it's covered but outdoors, was literally the most gourmet kitchen I have ever cooked in!
You will NOT be disappointed by your stay here. I'm not a huge outdoorsy person but spent 5 days here completely happy and as close to nature as I wanted to get. My dad chose a tent which was less glamping than my Diva Den but, it was still wonderful.
The most helpful tip I can give is to go LEFT when you leave camping. DO NOT GOT RIGHT! (my dad and bf got my Camry stuck on the atv road)
The yurt was super comfortable and I loved sitting in the chairs just outside, looking out in the green world. The outdoor kitchen and shower are super nice.
The entire property was like a dream. From the outdoor kitchen to the outdoor showers, everything was charming. It is truly catered to those that love the outdoor. Deja has a green thumb and grows everything out of her own garden.
The yurts are clean and extremely comfortable to sleep in and are secluded enough from each other. The fire pit and kitchen are communal, but that’s what brings all of the campers in to come and enjoy together as one.
Jay stays on the farm and hosted us beyond anyone has ever done. He hosted a pizza party for everybody and made sure everyone had a great time including our dogs. This place is honestly a hidden gem and I can see myself and my friends coming back here in the future for many more times to come.

The common spaces such as the kitchen and bar area were very cool, great ambiance. However, the compost bathroom had not been cleaned in what seemed like years, and the yurt we stayed in was covered in mildew which caused breathing problems all night.
The grounds were beautiful, the outdoor shower and sauna were unique and cooking in the the outdoor kitchen was so fun! Met many other hip campers during our stay which made it all the better! Would come here again for sure!
Had a wonderful time in the Lotus Belle with my partner & our dog. The space felt very glam, the bed was super cozy and all the amenities really made the stay special. I loved the beautiful outdoor kitchen and shower! I felt totally relaxed at this mountain oasis. Deja was a gracious host. We will definitely be back!
Love love love this place! Very magical, lots of sweet details, amazing sites, love the outdoor shower and garden bath tub, good energy and good people! Not far from gorgeous spots to enjoy the Yuba! Appreciate the beauty and love Deja has put into this land and shares with the community.

You can catch Deja watering the gardens or gathering fresh farm eggs to share with the Hipcampers! We harvested veggies from the garden to use in her wood fired pizza oven!
The outdoor kitchen was fully stocked. We definitely overpacked.
The lotus tent was set up with a King size bed and a single bed as well as a fold out futon. Plenty of room for a family of 4.
(Bonus) Deja also gave us directions to a “local swim hole”.I would definitely go back!
