Convenient slo edna valley stopover
Great spot, easy, convenient. A bit of airport noise, but few flights at night. Best for RV or camper. The most friendly folks hosting in their side yard.
Per other reviews, It is a lovely place with a lovey host. And it really is very well set up. With a flat parking pad for RV's. One thing none of the other reviews mentioned is it is reasonably near to the airport. You can hear planes taking off and landing. It isn't intrusive. And no airplane noise at all overnight. Wouldn't stop us from gladly coming back. Just figured I'd note it.
Going back asap!!!
This campsite was such an amazing experience. From the set up of the site with kitchen supplies and outdoor shower, to the graciousness of Ken & Judi, I was so happy with the accommodation. It was simple and located on land with stunning mountain views. Ken even brought us blankets because we underestimated the temperatures! So peaceful overall and only a 20 min drive to Pismo Beach.
This place is absolutely LOVELY! It was perfectly quiet and peaceful. It felt whimsical and safe with the many fairy lights and fake candles that the host had dispersed around the property. Plus they had a great firepit and all the practical amenities you could need. Highly recommend!
Convenient yet private!
Private yet close to all. SLO Country Camp was perfect for my purposes. I was visiting family in the area but I also have a dog who travels with me—so I can not stay with family due to my pup. We stayed 2 nights and the location is a perfect hub to all SLO has to offer. And it was fairly peaceful with great access, space and views. Noise from airport was a bit of a surprise but not a problem either. Hosts are very accommodating and helpful too!
Lovely campsite outside of slo
Such a cute camp site...with all sorts of solar lights in the camp area. I loved the campfire ring with all the chairs.
The host, Ken, was super friendly.
Thanks for a great get-a-away.
