Get away from it all, while being in the middle of everything! Resting at 2,800’ feet enjoy acres of privacy from your self contained unit, RV or travel trailer, while camping on your own secluded parcel with unparalleled panoramic views of the Monterey Bay.

Experience everything the Bay Area has to offer from this mountain top site. With jaw dropping views, and roughly 50 minutes to any city in the Bay Area, this site is ideal for any person looking for an adventurous getaway retreat.

The seclusion and privacy make this an uncommon, yet ideal romantic trip.  This site is sheltered by the manzanitas and pines of this chaparral community, with its Eastern border along Uvas County Park.

Adventure seekers will find paradise here!  Mount Madonna Park with miles of trails is 20 minutes down the road. You can dump your septic there as well!  Horseback riding rentals are located near the park as well as an archery range.

Demonstration forest is 15 minutes down the road, with miles of mountain biking. Spend a day at one of the beaches in Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, Rio Del Mar, Davenport, Half Moon Bay, Monterey, or Carmel and return to your private oasis. Or Explore Silicon Valley from this centrally located parcel.

Kim Son Meditation Center and Mount Madonna Center are approximately 15 minutes away.  There are also wonderful wineries throughout the mountains here.

The trip to the site will begin with a three mile drive on a private dirt road.  Being on the very top of a mountain brings more seasonality than the surrounding cities.  Please be prepared for any kind of extreme weather.  It is possible for it to get windy, foggy, rainy, hot and sunny, and even sometimes snowy.

Please note: The nearest grocer is 30 minutes from this site. Emergency supplies are available for delivery to your campsite. Cell phone reception is good on most carriers.  Pets are allowed.  Enjoy your time howling at the moon, star gazing, bird watching/wildlife viewing, or relaxing with your favorite libation.

Don't forget your camera!

Since this is our first year renting our land we have found that August is a high wasp season time in the mountains. We are doing everything humanly possible to hunt down each and every Wasp for your enjoyment. With this in mind we ask you use the provided bug repellent, keep the lid to the trash closed, and do not pour grease anywhere you do not want wasps.

Yellow jackets!

This spot is placed nicely on top of a mountain with beautiful views. There’s a nice table and trash can on site and the four to five campsites I saw were spaced nicely apart from each other. However the yellow jackets are intense and plenty which I wish we knew of before hand. It does get warm during the day and the porta John is fine for me but maybe not for some of the faint of heart.

Amazing views! Very private, secluded location. Was quite a trek to get to but worth it.

Beautiful location, quite off the beaten track, rough road surface up the camp as it’s unpaved but we didn’t mind that, adds to the adventure! Host was really responsive to a question we had when we arrived and they answered as soon as they were messaged. We stayed in #1. Really private and great views. Thumbs up!

This is a really special little spot. It does take some prep and some rough road driving, but the extra special little climate up on this hill is totally worth it. Like other reviewers mention, a shade and some big spray is helpful but you really can’t beat waking up in a literal cloud.

Amazing views. Very private with occasional very quiet noise from one of the other campsites. Cars only *very* rarely passed by on the dirt road just below the campsite. The ~3 mile dirt road to the site was no problem for my 30' RV. Google Maps (coming from SF) sent me on a *very* tiny, windy, pothole-filled road (I think it was Highland or something like that) that nearly doubled my travel time but that's not Noah & Sarah's fault (but perhaps I note could be added to the reservation for campers traveling from the north?).

The view was amazing! Exactly like the pictures and we saw at least 10 shooting stars in the span of an hour or so. It’s quiet and feels really private. The last 3 miles is on gravel, so I’d take a not too low car, but I’ve seen cars do it The bathroom is a shared bathroom that’s not too far of walk from this site. Quick responses from the owner. Would come back here again! Thank you!

My wife and I loved it! It was a long drive out the dirt road in our Winnebago. When we finally got to the gate for site number one, unlock the gate, and perched in the spot with very best view.
It was very quiet, and activities beyond camping require leaving the camp. We chose to stay and enjoy one another’s company without the many distractions that we would have at home.
We had a really fine time, reading, talking, planning.
