Farm is 3miles west of town within 10 miles to lake for fishing, boating, hiking, and even disk golf. Right off of I-5 by the Pilot travel center. Public pool 3miles(1pm-5pm, water arobics Tue and Thur 6-7pm $2, family night Tue and Thur 730-9pm) as well as shopping and dining within 3miles. Great sunset and area to roam for a bike ride or walk in the country of our little hick town with only about 8000 population. It is very likely you will hear animals so if your a light sleeper you may want ear plugs. Chickens crow, cows bellow, and dogs bark. Driveway is rough and we are working on getting it fixed asap so please take your time coming up. There is FIELD roaches (bugs out in the country due to watering fields)you may see, very different from cockroaches. At this time (June/July) our well has went out so we have no water and the land is drying, not nice and green. It does get up into the 100° here so it would be good to have shade or plan to keep cool during the hottest parts of the day out checking things out if your hereunder then just to rest between driving.

This is 20 minutes from the lake. Kristy and her family are good people great to have as a host. It's a serene setting in the country overlooking the mountains in the distance.

Gracious hosts. Had a goat buddy to keep me company and it was pretty peaceful. Ground was uneven, pitted and rocky and the site was on a driveway that was used kinda regularly, but for the price, can one really complain? The travel center was a lifesaver. It was no biggie to jump in the car and go use the restroom or grab a cool drink.

The tent was clean and nicely set up. It was relatively quiet and only a few miles from the highway. The host was friendly and helpful.
It is a basic camping spot well described in HipCamp at a very affordable price.

Quiet, beautiful view, close to highway yet can’t hear it. Goat greetings at the gate and cows curiously watch you as you set up.

Cool little boon-dock camp. Beautiful sunset and sunrise! Perfect spot to try out my new roof top tent!

Campsite 1 was a good spot to try out the new tent. Cold beer/hot day.
