sweet spot!
we can up in our 20ft motorhome for a weekend biking downieville and nevada city. this was the perfect quiet and scenic location to jump off from. also had close proximity to the reservoir for after biking cool downs in the july heat!
vicki was exceptionally responsive and communicative (her housemates as well) when we needed to troubleshoot an electrical ampage issue when plugging in.
the outdoor shower was nice to rinse the sweat and dust off us after biking. thanks! we will be back!

The best kind of Hipcamping. Great host, great spot in the forest but close to town. We'd prefer to keep this a secret but the more the merrier, right?

Peace in nature.
Great place nestled in the woods. Close to trails and town. Host is friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to post up and explore all the area has to offer. Will be staying again soon.

Beautiful spot with kind hosts
We had a lovely stay at Vicki’s Hipcamp spot over the 4th of July weekend. It was our first time camping with our 9 month old baby, so we wanted to keep things simple and low stress. When we arrived Vicki greeted us and helped us position our RV. Then she gave us a little tour of the property (outdoor shower!!). She was incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is gorgeous and serene with huge redwood trees. We loved waking up and having our coffee in such a pretty setting! We hope to be back next time we are in the area!
