PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING! PLEASE READ THIS LISTING AND DOWNLOAD DIRECTIONS IN ADVANCE. Park right next to your site.

There is a double futon sofa/bed (Just toss on your sleeping bags and camp's made), small table table, chairs, LED lighting, mirrors, clothes rack. Oh, yeah, your own deck with seating and lighting.

Steps to our hot showers and toilet, 200' to the full kitchen, fire pit and four more toilets. Our nearby 2,000 sq. ft. Pavilion has seating and free wifi.

Please note: you are expected to leave the ranch and kitchen area as you found it, i.e., dishes washed thoroughly and dried and put away, recycling separated from trash, food scraps in compost buckets, sticky marshmallow removed from forks and surfaces (ick!). Thank you. Please enjoy: The kitchen has pots/pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, propane bbq, wash up sinks, microwave, full-size fridge, counters, cutting boards, etc. Turtle Cove, our swimming hole, has great floating; fish in early Spring to Summer. The rest of the 722-acre ranch is yours to explore: walk down the 3/4 mile of Tule River trail, walk to our 100-acres of pasture or hike 3 miles up to 3,000' at the top of our mountain. River Ridge goes from 1,000' elev. to 3,000' elev. and passes from 3/4 of a mile of superb riparian corridor through Valley Oak grassland to Blue Oak Woodland and ends in Chaparral. Abundant wildlife. Next to Giant Sequoia National Monument (free). We are over a one hour drive to Sequoia National Park, but we're only 16 miles to groves up Hwy 190. There are 33 giant sequoia groves in our Southern Region of the Giant Sequoia National Monument, some easily driven to and some remote.

Exceeded my expectations. The ranch was magical. So much charm surrounding quiet nature. Clean restrooms, hot shower and amazing commercial kitchen. We enjoyed strolling around the property and sitting at the many peaceful spots.
Highly recommended!!!

My fiancé and I were blown away with all that came w/this campsite. We couldn’t have asked for anything more- every need anticipated as far as accommodations go and the land it’s self is breathtaking. We especially appreciated the art everywhere!

Would absolutely recommend.

I loved waking up to this beautiful camp ground its spaced out well and has all the basic amenities you could ask for. My biggest regret was not staying here for a longer period of time.

Such a cozy little cabin. The wood stove inside was definitely icing on the top. I have nothing to complain about. I did think there was going to be a plug inside but there was not. Not a problem at all though. Overall watching the stars at night and coming in the warm cabin was definitely what we needed. Would recommend to anyone.

Been coming here annually since 2017 since we first fell in love with the place. Really beautiful. Pretty close to the Sequoias. Love the full kitchen and giant fire pit. Gary is a great source of information about the area too!

We had a great experience! It was great to get away from the crowds and enjoy access to this amazing property! Common area was great for meals and campfires, turtle flats was a great swimming hole, and the meadow was awesome for stargazing! Next time I want to time my trip when it’s not a full moon!

This hipcamp exceeded all my expectations! The grounds were so clean and safe.
The trailer is very roomy, and had a propane heater that kept us super warm all night! The frogs serenaded us to sleep, and the birds sang a waking tune each morning. It was so peaceful and beautiful on the ranch, and a perfect getaway from the city.
The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and we had no problem communicating with Gary and Emma.
I would highly recommend!

Better than my friends and I expected. Hosts provide a lot and in my opinion it was underpriced. Tons of things to do.
