Beautiful Vineyard Estate
Quiet and Beautiful Setting
The property looked just like the photos and was very quiet and pleasant. We had no wind at all, which was nice. It was a little tricky to figure out where to camp, because the host never replied to my messages or greeted us, and there were no arrival instructions. So I looked at earlier reviews where people said they had camped on the cement pad next to the big white building (aircraft hangar), so we did the same. There were some very cute bantam chickens in a pen next to us, and they were so tiny. One of them was a rooster who did crow early in the morning (with a cute high-pitched crow), so earplugs were a big help. Other than that it was just the calming sound of chirping birds and the distant sound of the train horn occasionally, which I like. The mini train track (appears to be 1/8 scale) is unfortunately not operational, evidenced by a couple of disconnected rails and some bushes growing over part of it. My 9 year old son and I took a bike ride in the morning, and there are very few cars on the roads, so that was safe and easy. This is a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. For this price it would be nice if they provided a bathroom, potable water, or allowed fire pits or at least gas fire pits.

Beautiful Vineyard Estate
The site was flat (paved pad), quiet (we slept well), and convenient to the highway, but it doesn’t look like the photos, and although the listing has been updated since, when I booked it said there was a toilet on site. There is not. We did get a sunset view over the vineyard but you’ll be parked next to a white warehouse-type building with a manufactured home on the opposite side (that people were coming and going from), and the grounds for a large house with a tennis court are next to you. It’d be a fine/quiet/convenient place to stay if you have a self-contained RV but no bathroom access was an issue with our tiny campervan.

Beautiful Vineyard Estate
This was a great overnight stop. Quiet, safe, and with a beautiful view of the sunset over vineyards. The parking spot is level concrete next to a small airplane hangar. The bathroom/shower we’re under construction during our visit, but are conveniently located.
