We loved the little cabin on Joseph's property in Carmel Valley. It was just the right size for two of us, with ample space to enjoy eating outside and sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs enjoying the sunset with a nice glass of wine.

I booked this cabin for a short one night (last minute) staycation. I could not have been happier. I spent the day in the village enjoying live music, wine tasting, and shopped for my dinner to cook at the cabin. The directions were perfect, the place was easy to find and I was warmly greeted and showed around. I cooked my dinner on the BBQ, enjoyed the beautiful sunset and outdoor picnic table, and watched the sun go down sitting on the porch. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom right nearby and everything was super clean. My only regret is I did not stay longer! This place was wonderful.

Armed with our instructions, we drove right to the cabin without any trouble. The heater kept us comfortable. I was surprised (and happy) that the sink in the cabin has hot water. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked great and good hot water there, too. I'm on Google Fi and had OK service. What else... animals were audible (bugs, birds, horses, frogs) but it's a cabin in the woods, and we liked it. There's a little gas range in the cabin which was perfect for making breakfast. The cabin itself is comfortable and well-laid out. It's private enough - you can see the other cabin if you look for it from the right spot, but it's a ways off and can't hear anything at all from the other guests. We had a great stay and hope to come back sometime soon!

I loved glamping in this cool cabin which is in the midst of nowhere. Loved the vineyards and mountains next to the place. All the castles and buildings in the proximity are just wild and beautiful. Saw plenty of peacocks and deer. Joseph was kind enough to check on us. The heater made the place cozy and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to arrive at the place before sunset as it can get unsafe driving in the dark, otherwise it's a lovely place. Would definitely stay here again!

Really cute place. The host is very nice. It was really great being out of cell signal. Since this is someone's property, there will be people riding 4-wheelers and such either having fun or going about their day, but it's not bothersome at all. There are 2 sites on the property and they are close enough that you will see the other people if they are staying the same time you are, but far enough away to not be in each others space. I would definitely recommend this to others!

The cabin and location were absolutely fantastic. Definitely adhere closely to the instructions your host gives you as geolocation services will send you the wrong way. Joseph was incredibly hospitable and the site was idyllic.

Great, quaint, cozy cabin. Incredibly friendly hosts. Every necessity you could want and think of is in the cabin, in a very tasteful/elegant way. Beautiful bathroom/shower. Great escape and beautiful setting.

Joseph did not miss a detail. The cabin was comfortable, clean, personal, and included anything you could possibly need and more. You could feel the thoughtfulness and intentionality in every detail. We were blown away by the carpentry, furnishing, lighting, and functionality of the bathroom and cabin.

The cabin was perfect. Warm, cosey and comfortable. Joseph was available when needed but gave plenty of space to create a very private experience
