5 acres of mountain desert property with great unobstructed views of the mountains and surrounding cities of the high desert, with beautiful views property may be subject to high wind at times. So please check weather and dress accordingly. property is very peaceful and on its own hill. ovh and hiking trails all around. RV, Van, truck, trailer and tent camping welcomed. An outside mutual restroom for campers on site with hot and cold water shower. Property also has lodging on site. small cowboy bunker available for rent which has full kitchenette and is ran off of generator for power. Gas not included but a fuel can is provided. Second lodging rental is not listed here, but available on hip camp at (heavenly hideout Quail Ranch).

Great day tripper vibes

It has the best camp bathroom! The site are all in a similar area all overlooking into great views Sergio was very helpful from booking to directions ( the ranch is at the end of the dirt trail… just keep driving 😅 Local shoppes are close by too

Wonderful! Organized, easy to navigate, and lots of small delights. Clean and pleasant bathroom. Fun off-roading all around. Very quiet and peaceful for camping. Sergio, the host, was super friendly and helpful! Would love to return for a longer stay.

Cowboy bunker

Spectacular views!

The location couldn’t be better! It’s right off the Offroad trail, we had plenty of cell service and we were still only 10 mins from town! With a full shower and restroom available it was the perfect stay to bring in the new year!

Cowboy bunker

Loved the cowboy bunker

The view was amazing. Sergio made sure we had everything we needed before he left. Running water. Hot showers. Electricity. Definitely coming back again soon!
