Lee was wonderful! He was so helpful and made our stay super comfortable and fun. My daughter really enjoyed staying here and she is coming back to visit the bunnies.

Thank you Lily for your kind review. It was a pleasure to see the smiles on your children's face as I was showing and letting them hold the new born rabbits. Look forward for you and your family to come back in the fall when the weather is not so hot. Thanks again, Lee

The host has excellent intentions and very friendly, easy to work with, however, the facilities are really quite subpar for the rate charged. The 5th wheel we rented for the evening had so many aspects that were unusable/broken (A/C, toilet, microwave, screen door) that it equalled that of staying in a tent. We did not stay the night, a rodent scurrying around in the oven area and mouse feces that fell out when the oven door was opened was the last straw.

I really apologize for your bad experience. And requested a full refund as soon as I was advised of the situation. I always give the fifth wheel camper a thorough cleaning after each guest departs then a final clean and dusting and replace with fresh linens before a new guest arrives. The camper was empty for a few weeks before your arrival. Yes my fault for not looking in the oven during a 100 degree afternoon to notice that a mouse must of been scurrying inside of it. Being out here in the middle of the mountains I always have to keep traps and ORMI listed baits to keep the rodents in check. As for the broken items. The only thing that was broken and is now repaired was the latch on the screen door. The other items you listed Air Conditioner, ( which I purchased two of the Arctic Air personal coolers) and Micro wave we do not use due to being off grid. We are in the process of upgrading to a more powerful solar system to accommodate such luxuries. Since there is no septic tank installed in the remote area of the camper. I let people know that there is a composting toilet just up the hill. The amenities which are included above just a tent site are as follows. A clean and comfortable memory foam bed with fresh clean linens Hot running spring water for showers and cleaning dishes. Stove for cooking. Cooking essentials including coffee pot, skillet pot and pans. Dishes, cups, and silverware. Cold refrigerator and freezer. Comfortable dinning area.. Sofa Outside grill Picnic table with benches. Again I do apologize for your bad experience.

Really awesome spot - much more beautiful than the pictures. Camper was cozy and warm and Lee was welcoming. I wish I had booked 2-3 nights, but I hope to come back soon!

One thing to note before booking: If you don't have all wheel drive, it's a tough drive up/down the mountain and is rough on cars. I'm not sure its possible if you don't have front wheel drive. I wouldn't recommend driving a nice car here unless its awd. Lee was upfront about this, so if you are unsure if your car will make it, I would shoot him a message.

Lovely ranch with friendly people! My daughter and I enjoyed a day of exploring the ranch, watching the animals and walking the trail. The ranch is on a hill so it’s good exercise walking up and down the ridge. Very helpful caretaker and owner (Lee). My daughter got to help milk the goats and feed the horses.

Unfortunately Lee was out of town during our stay but communicated with us along the way and was very helpful. Kyle, Lee’s caretaker was welcoming and kind enough to drive us down to our vehicle every morning. The space is great, private and filled with the necessary equipment for a convenient stay. Definitely worth the visit! It was so nice waking up to the sound of nature. The surroundings of the location are beautiful and walking down to see the horses made it even better. The area is one of the most cleanest towns I’ve been to during these times and so it definitely makes you feel very safe. Lee and Kyle are great hosts and we appreciate them welcoming us to their beautiful property.

The view of one of the lakes near the horses was so nice!!!Chuck is such a sweet puppy. He’s full of energy and would always come down to greet us. Such a nice view and spot to stay near the horses! Pura Vida Springs Ranch

Wow, what a gem of a property! The views are lovely, the animals will melt your heart ( especially Huck, the farm dog), but the best part of all are the hosts. Lee wasn't in town but we had the pleasure of meeting Kyle and Ron who really made us feel welcome and took the extra steps to make our stay special, like sharing their coffee supply when we couldn't find our own! We hope to be back soon to see our new friends again. Plus the location is great being close to the Blue Lakes, great hiking, and many wineries.

It's worth noting the driveway is very steep and you do need a AWD vehicle to get up it. Ron and Kyle helped us out but hopefully, in the future, guests don't have to be reliant on them to go to/from- they are busy enough as it is keeping this working farm going! If you're a camper that needs fancy amenities to be comfortable, this probably isn't the listing for you. But if you're willing to 'rough it' with an outhouse and embrace being back to the basics, this spot is certainly a treat! We really enjoyed our stay

Our caretaker, Kyle was amazing! The road up to the camping side is definitely super steep and needs a 4 wheeler for sure. But Kyle made sure to bring us up and made sure he was available to the whole weekend.

The camping side next to the spot where they keep the horses has the best view. We stayed in the RV but next time definitely will consider camping :)

Highly recommended if you are looking to get out of the city and find yourself in off the grid with nature mama :)

Lee and his team were awesome! My partner and I wanted to experiment with “5th wheel” living and this place was perfect. BEAUTIFUL site, incredible peaceful, great hiking, and sweet dogs on the property. It was a bit hairy getting up to the location (gravel road that is steep in places) but the team was super helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely be back! So grateful for their hospitality!
