If you are looking for a spot off the beaten path, this is it. I’ve stayed at the other property Bob has and this one is out there. One thing you definitely need is a HIGH clearance vehicle. I was driving a Subaru Crosstreck and i was teetering on 2 wheels in at least 3 spots. This is NOT a commuter/performance/low clearance road. The reflectors are hard to see because of over grown brush, but once you get to your spot it is awesome! Beautiful views, quiet (for the most part, the other group that was there was up till 11 pm, not a huge deal). I’ll be putting up footage and a more detailed blog on my website, www.ThriftyGlampers.com.
First off, Bob rocks! Super cool host and you can tell the area is a passion project and well cared for. I messaged Bob about BBQ options on-site and he went out of his way to leave a personal bbq at our site (there are however larger BBQs at the communicable area, which was fun with hammocks!) The site and campground were exactly as described and our family of 4 (kids 4 & 8) had a great time. The drive in was pretty intense, but our Kia minivan made it! There’s not a ton to do there, but it’s great to unplug and reconnect with the family (without having to deal with the state campground reservation nightmare). If we had a fun off road Polaris etc, it would be even better. Next time! Thanks again Bob!

Great location! QUIET and roomy. If you are looking for a quiet spot with space, the preserve @ Temecula is a great location! We'll be back!
Valley view camp 1 was great! I had a wonderful time staying there. Brought my dog and a propane fire pit and propane grill. The raised wood platform is around 11x11 feet so it did not fit my tent, which was fine because I had an air mattress to sleep on. Ground was rough. Dog had a great time too. Beautiful views and fun drive.

Loved camping here! Weren’t a lot of people and felt very secluded. Loved watching the sunset over the mountains. Beautiful views and easy to book!

This was an excellent experience!
The host was easily reachable for any questions I had, and was extremely accommodating.
The camp was beautiful, well kept, and an absolute must for tent camping. Even the porta potties were clean!
We'll definitely be booking this again, and for the fee, an exceptional value.
There was a lot of land on the campsite for us to be spread out but not too far apart. We were able to play football and horseshoe without having to worry about it hitting our vehicles. The views during golden hour and the sunset were so beautiful! Our four dogs enjoyed their walks and were able to run around without feeling restricted. Overall, we loved our stay here!
This place has it all. It’s a very quick getaway from the city while still having the at dispersed camping vibe. Very clean and organized. The entire booking process was seamless. You can tell Bob takes great pride of his property, listings and lastly his guest.
Host is very easy to get ahold of.
Lastly, my family absolutely enjoyed this place. Don’t change Bob!
