Friendly host; quiet camp.
Sean was personable, helpful, and cheerful. The full hook-up site (#1) is in a small pine grove in his 5 acres; it’s private and peaceful. Wonderful access from here to many Central Coast attractions.
It was amazing!!!!
It was AMAZING!!! Our host was simply wonderful! We chose site 1 and it was just what we needed. Secluded, surrounded by trees, clean, cozy, just a great pick!! Full hookup, so didn’t use the showers, but went and looked it over-clean and spacious for an outside shower room. The grounds we immaculate! Did I mention fresh eggs!!! And daily wandering visits from the chickens and other wildlife lol close enough to go into town easily, but far away enough from town hustle and bustle. 5*’s from us.
Great last minute stay!
Sean was a great host. The campsite was very spacious and each campsite were very spread out. We felt safe and secure. The shower was a plus because of the warm water.
Nice stay near pismo
We had the pleasure of staying at Coastal Camping in the Pines this past weekend. It was a wonderful location with access to the coast and nearby cities, while feeling remote enough (mostly surrounded by agricultural land) to be relaxing. Sean has done a very nice job of setting up an RV pad (site 1) that makes it quick and easy to settle in and relax. The site is far enough toward to the back of the property to afford some privacy. The house is near by, but mostly sheltered by larger pines, so you feel like you have your own space. There are a number of camping improvements with additional projects in the works, making it an easy place to stay! Sean and his daughter were even kind enough to let my young kids feed the chickens on two mornings - which they were thrilled about. Thanks again for the fun stay!
Paradise in nipomo
Amazing four days stay at this fantastic location. Our host, Sean, was wonderful. There are three camp sites on the front of the property and an RV hookup site near the main house. We were at tent site #3. We had lovely shade, a water spigot, a spotless table with benches, trash cans, and a fire pit for campfires and cooking. All of this behind a gate so you feel very safe and secure as you leave to explore the surrounding area.
And did I mention HOT showers! There is a single shower next to the port-a-potti that you share with the other tent sites. We were lucky enough to be the people there so we had the facilities to ourselves. The shower and toilet were pristine.
The tent sits are well spread out so even if we had to share, you still have much more space between sites than at a traditional campground.
Our host was extremely helpful when we met him a few hours after we arrived. He provided us great suggestions for day trips, wineries, golf courses, etc. He gave us a printed sheet of need to know thing about the campsite and a list of area sites and suggestions.
He welcomed us to wander the property and met the chickens, all 18 of them, and his two sweet pups Maggie and Roxy. On the first morning he had even left us a dozen fresh eggs. Pretty awesome. If you run out of firewood, he’s got you covered there too…
We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing stay.
A great time was had by all!
Our family had a fabulous time at Coastal Camping in the Pines! The HipCamp was easy to find, the campsites are large and centrally located to hiking, biking, horseback riding, beaches, caves, and tidepools, Thanks for a great time, Sean, and being such a gracious host!
We loved our stay at Coastal Pines. It was quiet, relaxing and secure. Sean was a gracious host and ready to answer all our questions. Thank you for offering such a great alternative to crowded rv parks!
