This spot is so great. Sean and Christel’s property is beautiful.
Yes you can hear the road but it still felt private and cozy.
Birds, chickens and jackrabbits were great to be around.
Maggie the dog is so awesome and playful. She made my day when she visited us at our trailer door.
Recommend for sure! We also loved the location with lake Oso Flacko and Pismo close by.

Sean and Christel have created a great place to stay with plenty of amenities. A very clean portable toilet (although far from our site) was much appreciated. The RV space is well-maintained with water, electrical hook-ups, motion-activated night light and plenty of room. We appreciated the scent of the pine trees and while there isn't much of a view, we made a campfire and watched the quail. There are also chickens on the property to visit which made it a little more interesting. There was a little noise from a nearby street but it settled down at night. Be ready for a symphony of roosters at dawn, this is a ranch!

Nice secluded location in the countryside. Some noise from the nearby road during the day but all quiet after dark. Great to have hookups outside an overcrowded RV park. Sean was welcoming and helpful and even gave us eggs to take home with us. Overall a very nice experience

What a dream location! We loved spot 1, nestled in the pines, close to the chickens, and overlooking a berry farm! Hosts were communicative end accommodating. We opted for some fresh eggs and at almost the entire dozen for breakfast! We’ll be back.

Great site. Fairly private, clean, very well set up like a "real" campground.

You do get some vehicle noise at times from the adjacent road, but otherwise it was very quiet.

Superior alternative to big campgrounds.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean and Christel's property. We stayed in campsite #1 with our trailer and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The site had full hook-ups, was private, and had a great view into the fields. Although we didn't meet Sean personally (either we were out and about or he wasn't at home) he texted us and provided us with information on the area and what to do.

My young boys loved to small soccer field and swing that's on the property.
