Affectionately known as "canned ham" trailers, this Airflyte is a new version of a very popular vintage Shasta travel trailer. Decorated with a retro feel and upscale linens, this Airflyte ("Hammie") sports a queen size bed, with a pull-out twin (if needed), a tiny combination bathroom/shower situated inside the trailer, kitchenette with cooktop, air-conditioner/heat, TV, BBQ, high speed internet and more. "Hammie" has its' own deck, charcoal bbq, with free access to all the farm has to offer. We are dog friendly, but to keep our free range animals safe (and we have had them injured or killed by people not recognizing that dogs are predatory by nature), please keep your dog easily under control and on a short leash at all times. Also, because it's not possible to control your dog on a long line, dogs may NOT be tied or tethered anywhere on the property. Please understand, barking upsets the animals and other guests so we ask that you keep your dog from barking. If you want to let your dog off leash, about 2 blocks down the dirt road (off property), there is a large scrub field where you can let your dog run free.
Now for the particulars about the facility...Please keep in mind that we are not a "pretend farm" set up so that we can simply attract people to our facility. This is an actual working farm where shepherdess, Natalie Redding (Nat Geo Wild's, Shear Madness) and her working dogs, Lacey, Lad and Nesta work every day. This means there is dirt, dust, chickens, peacocks, alfalfa, sheep, bugs, and other living beings associated with nature and farm life. Farm life comes complete with an orchestra of animal sounds, especially when feeding. You'll hear whinneys from horses, buggling from Lucy the mini cow, baaaa-ing of goats, and maaaa-ing of sheep. We'd be re-missed not to include the crowing of roosters, peafowl, and guinea hens who never fail to complete the farm sound chorus.
While Namaste Farms is only 1/2 a mile from the city limits, it has a rural feel and is centrally located to all wineries and most of the major equestrian facilities including Galway Downs, Green Acres, and California Ranch Company. For those who are coming to Temecula for horse shows, we also have a large barn with bedded stalls and turnouts (for an additional fee). There are designated horse trails right outside our gates which will even take you to Galway Downs. If you're into golf, you can enjoy Temecula's 7 PGA golf courses or Pechanga Casino which are also within a short driving distance to the farm. If horses or golf isn't your thing, you can visit Temecula Valley wineries which are all within 1/2-3.8 miles of the cottage gates.
If you want a "staycation," you can hang out here where you're welcomed to walk around the farm and interact with the animals. At night, can enjoy the sounds of serenity (which includes farm animal vocalizations) while roasting marshmallows at our wine barrel fire pit! We encourage guests to feel at home and enjoy the peaceful farm environment which extends beyond the trailer.

Quaint, clean, and cute!
Our stay at Namaste Farms was very pleasant! While we did not get to meet the host herself, everyone on the property was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the trailer itself was very quaint. Everything was exceptionally clean and the instructions and directions left for how to operate everything within 'Hammie' were clear and concise. Would love to return to Namaste Farms with more time to spend on the farm and in the surrounding wine country!
We had a wonderful time at Namaste Farms. You’re free to wander and feed/pet the animals (as the animals wish) and it was a perfect secluded little getaway. We brought our bikes and biked to nearby wineries for some tastings - great location! The Hammie was just what we needed and kept in great shape with comfy bed.
Natalie’s farm was amazing, for my 5 year old daughter it was probably better than Disneyland, Farm is beautiful staff was super friendly and location was great, we will be back for sure! Thank you! JL
Perfect rest bit
Hammie was so good we're heading back two weeks later. RV is adorable, very clean, perfect amount of space for me, hubs, and even figured out setting up a travel crib for our two year old (AC is a real must/treat). We were hesitant post stay-at-home orders, but only came in contact with our hosts, and not often (they're all V helpful, kind, informative). Animals are friendly, entertainment for a toddler is included (just roll out of bed and open the door). And did I mention the stars? It's a dream. Quaint. Quiet. Private. Easy. Park your car outside the gates, Hammie located just inside (aka you're not hauling). Thanks Natalie & Sean, see you next week! PS- walk up the street you enter from for a 360 degree sunset that'll make you feel as if you're floating. Enjoy!
Hammie was a wonderful cozy place for a quick getaway. Parking gave way to easy access to the site. The staff and host were friendly and respectful of space. The farm is open to wander and there were so many animals to see. During the day Hammie’s porch allowed for a shaded reading and breakfast space and at night the fire pit was perfect for sipping wine and kicking up your feet.
Fun glamping in a shasta ❤️🤍❤️
I’ve been thinking about buying a Shasta and thought maybe I should actually try staying in one first.
The grounds at Namaste are beautiful & we were given great instructions on how to arrive/park & check in. When we got there the host walked us through the tips & tricks of staying in the trailer. As a newbie it took me a second to process the info but there were very clearly written instructions in case i forgot anything. The AC was simple to use but we only needed it a few hours in the afternoon (mid June) BUT IT WORKED WELL!
My son loved hanging out with all the animals (mostly the dogs & cats) but there was so much for him to explore. We brought our own carrots & apples to feed the horses & pigs. The turkeys, peacocks/hens & ducks loved the dry dog food. The few times we went out into the city my son asked to go back to the trailer.
The Shasta is equipped with a microwave and a 3 gas burner stove. I was terrified to use it but it was actually quite simple to work. There’s a good sized fridge (bigger than a hotel fridge) & hot water kettle & toaster. A few dishes & silverware are provided. The bed is comfy!
The shower & toilet combo took some getting used to but wasn’t so bad once we got the routine down.
There are bugs, there is poop & farm smells but my son loved it so much. He collected tons of feathers (and made absolute sure I didn’t forget a single one). Hanging out on the porch was my favorite thing to do. Perfect amount of shade to enjoy some morning coffee or a beer at night.
I am a fairly light sleeper & the first morning I was awoken VERY early by the roosters. It’s kind of expected... they are doing what they do. By the second morning I think I got used to it because I heard it but ignored it much easier. It’s so cool to hear all the animals in the morning. The trees give the perfect amount of shade/breeze/ blowing in the wind sound.
Obviously I’m a fan. I kept an open mind about the experience and we had the best time.
We will be returning & trying out one of the cabins on Airbnb. They are decorated with antiques & have the most beautiful stained glass windows. The host, is super informative & so nice! He’s a busy guy but still answered our farm questions... we have so much to learn. We love Namaste Farms! ❤️
Cozy trailer accommodations with all the essentials. Awesome farm experience with chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, peacocks, pigs, an adorable mini cow, dogs, horses, and lot's of sheep! Kid and dog friendly. Has that out in the country feel, but Tucked into Temecula wine country near shopping and a multitude of great local wineries. Friendly, informative, and helpful host family!
We stayed in Hammie and while it was quite hot mid-day, it cooled down at night. Very clean and cozy. Kitchenette had everything we needed to make a few small meals with a decent-sized refrigerator. Bathroom is tiny as noted and would be quite challenging for anyone tall to manage. The farm itself is lovely with plenty of shade trees and lots of sheep, goats, ducks, peacocks, chickens. They can be quite noisy, especially the roosters at 4 am, but all this is noted by the host. It would be great adventure for a family with small kids as they have a magical playground/treehouse on the property as well.
Magical farm stay
Our kids (5 years old, 18 months old) had an amazing time feeding corn to all the animals (turkeys, horses, chickens, pigs, sheep, peacocks!). Namaste Farms is the cleanest and most magical farm I have ever visited - it's super clean, with wide open spaces and lots of tree shade. We even got to meet the baby goats. It was a super hot day (100+ degrees) but Sean made sure we were comfortable and had recently upgraded the A/C unit. Sean was a great host and gave us lots of insight into farm life and gave us a tour and kept refilling our son's bucket of feed. Wish we could have stayed longer - we had an amazing time!
