What a beautiful little gem of a spot! Tucked into a lovely forest off a dirt road in the middle of Anderson Valley wine country, we’re treated to a huge camp spot (#4) and only shared the entire campground with folks at #1 & #2 who we couldn’t see and only heard occasionally. So it felt like we had the place to ourselves! Plenty of spots to pitch a tent or find a level spot to sleep in your car. We were right near the beautiful and clean shower and toilet cabin, which had hot water for the shower and a flush toilet. Both were clean and big. There was also an area to rinse dishes right outside. We had easy access to the creek, though it was dry this time of year. We brought a small dog who absolutely enjoyed having the freedom of being off-leash and ran and played to her hearts content. The downside is lack of fire pits, but with California drought and fire season, that was completely understandable. We did several wine tastings in the area, easily drove up to Mendocino and Fort Bragg for hiking, and then returned home via highway 1 south with lots of pit stops with glorious views. Perfect location to feel like you really got away for a weekend!

Outstanding experience. My wife and I have been to the area many times any typically stay with friends. That wasn’t possible on this visit, so we camped here. Really glad we did. Christina was a very responsive and hospitable host and we can’t wait to come back with our kids. The sites are all very spacious and nicely level. Most have shade. The well-appointed Bathhouse is a bonus for those who value personal privacy and cleanliness. Sleeping under the stars with the soothing sounds of nature and zero light pollution is good for your soul. We’re really grateful that people like Christina share their beautiful properties on Hipcamp.

Great campground and host. Basic but clean restrooms. We needed to change dates and Christine helped no problem. Her husband even helped jump start my truck when the battery died.
Just be aware of the poison oak and youre golden.
2nd time we stayed here. We love it. Very quiet. Huge space, haystack benches, tables.
We like sites 1 or 2 but all are pretty good. 5 is huge and up on a hill with a gazebo.
Will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area,

Redwoods + Wine Country + Escape = a wonderful stay at this beautiful location! We easily found our way to site #4 using the Host's directions. Cristina came by later to welcome and check on us. We only had one night at the tail end of our month long road trip to stay here. I only wish I had more time to take pictures and explore the area. We were thankful for the lovely clean bath house with flush toilet and hot shower, it was really unbelievably nice, see the pics posted by others. Our site had several level options to park our camper van. The partial shade was welcome since it was a hot day. Looking forward to coming back when we can stay longer, explore the wineries, and visit Anderson Valley Brewery.

Site #4, nice and level, close walk to the bathhouse.
