Thank you for visiting our listing!

We have cultivated our  family farm to be a sanctuary - a place for people to feel the love of the earth, and what it has to offer us. Spectacular skies surround the farm, with roaming chickens, crowing roosters and vegetables, medicinal herbs, and fruits growing - a living model of what is beautiful AND possible in life.

The cozy TeePee has a vibe of it's own, and sits beside a sweet, peaceful pond, outdoor sitting area, and fire pit. There is plenty of room for additional tents and RV's. The convenience of accessible electricity, running toilets, hot water shower, gas grill and an additional covered sitting area make your camping adventure that much more comfortable.

Super convenient to get here! We're less than 20 miles from the Sacramento Airport, and just a few minutes off of Interstate 5. Yet you'd never know it once you get to the farm and feel the peace and quiet.

We're looking forward to seeing you soon!

Additional note....Life on the farm is calm, peaceful and easy... operating with the natural rhythm of the sun cycle. What few clocks we do have, are stuck on twenty minutes past four.

We are also family and kid friendly.

Please private message us with any questions you may have, or if you would like additional information.

Please know that although the teepee provides some shelter from the elements it is not a house. This is still camping and you will be subject to the elements of Mother Nature. Hot, cold, rain, wind, dirt, dust, mud and different animal sounds during the night. When you are here you may see frogs, toads, lizards, snakes (none poisonous) ants, turtles, squirrels, etc..  Those of you who have experienced camping before know that these are all normal things when out in nature but for those of you who have no camping experience I ask you to come with an open mind and a positive attitude towards a new experience. If you think you may have problems with any of these things PLEASE DON'T COME!!!

We  also have a dog named Sara that loves people. Most campers that come are very happy to have her around. She is polite and good with children. Some of you may not like dogs, if that is the case this will not be a fun experience for you.

Please note that as of spring 2021 we no longer have as many animals. Because of the drought feed prices are to high.

This is a lovely camp spot, where we stayed in our campervan and George was a really interesting and accommodating host.
The shower was warm and flowing. We opted out of sleeping in the teepee as it was windy during our stay but we did enjoy the novelty of sitting in there to chat and charge our phones.
There is a single camping slot which accommodates from 1 person to up to 16 I believe, and if there are more of you then the value is well worth it.

I booked this site at the last minute at 10pm on a whim and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. I was greeted by a beautiful blonde named Sarah. She is an awesome 4 legged being. The host was more than accommodating and the grounds were beautiful in the moonlight as well as the sunlight. They offer a camp stove and propane bbq grill for your convenience. It was quiet and magical. Exactly what I needed. They also have a rocking fire pit next to a picturesque pond. In the morning I watched a black horse graze and heard the sweet song of birds in unison. I felt like Cinderella.

If you sleep in a Tipi, I recommend that you have a tent or mosquito net, as it will greatly reduce the risk of insect bites.
The animals here, especially the dog Sarah, are really hospitable and wonderful. My 6 year old son is afraid of dogs, but he had a great time playing with Sara.

We had a lovely time at George's Teepee Family Farm! The weather held out thank goodness. It was lovely to be able to make a fire and the kids were able to explore the pond and bonded with Sara the dog.

This was a great spot for our group of 7. The Teepee is super cute and was a nice way to get out of the strong wind. George was super helpful and we really enjoyed our time! Spring was definitely the right time to go: baby goats, wild flowers, green grass.

We had a great time here! It was great to wake up the the view of the beautiful spiral top of a teepee above me. And to Sarah the amazing dog keeping our feet warm! The stove and table made cooking very easy, while the firepit and chairs made evening campfires wonderful. It was fun to see and hear all the farm animals, keep an eye out for the elusive cats, and of course there was our new best friend Sarah, who led us on walks around the farm and was always up for playing. George and the family were super nice as well!
