Orchard Cabin @ Jug Handle Farm

What a great experience! The Orchard cabin was small and cute, exactly what we needed. The cabin was well kept and clean. Clear instructions were provided. Check in was easy and required no face-to-face contact. The location is close to an absolutely beautiful beach. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay and will definitely return! The cabin was cozy and the deck was spacious and private.

We've been visiting here for 30 years and it's always pleasant and fun. See you next year!

A cabin so nice, I stayed here twice! The proximity to hiking, the beach, and nature, in general, was a real treat. The Orchard Cabin is set further away than the other cabins on the property, which makes for a quiet and peaceful stay. I loved firing up the wood stove in the evening and drinking hot coffee on the deck in the morning. While this cabin doesn't have it's own portapotty or fire ring, they're only a short walk away and I did not have any issues sharing the communal facilities with the other guests. I highly recommend this cabin if you're attracted to cozy simplicity and find that, when in nature, less is more :)

The orchard cabin was simply wonderful! Compared to the other two cabins it was much more private, and overlooking the orchard was great. The cabin has a deck with a table and its own picnic bench, but it is worth mentioning that all 3 cabins share 1 fire pit near the outdoor kitchen. We had the fire pit to ourselves both nights anyway though. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rustic and comfortable getaway at a great price!

The rustic Orchard Cabin was perfect for me and my two children. The contact less check in was very easy, the cabin location felt very private, just a short walk from where you park. It was great to have the deck overlooking the orchard with a small table and chairs. The cabin was very tiny and cozy with the woodstove. The loft bed felt a little unsafe for my children since there isn't any kind of guard rail keeping you from tumbling out, but I slept up there with no problems. It just might be a little tricky if you didn't feel comfortable going up and down the ladder. The shared outdoor sink and porta potty were also a short walk away, since no one was staying in the other two cabins that also use these, we had it all to ourselves. We walked right from our cabins to the Ecological Staircase hike as well as the gorgeous beach just across the street. It rained most of the time we were there and I felt very grateful we weren't tent camping!

A very cozy, clean, simple and warm cabin with beautiful views of the orchard. It was quiet and comfortable. Great easy access to the beach and trails.
