Showers and nearby amenities
The kids had a good time at the nearby mini waterpark, skatepark, park and having one of the only locations with showers was a big plus. The host was welcoming and helpful. Didn't get to enjoy their bar and restaurant
Perfect for outside of the park
Good place for a night or two stay if you want/need to be out of the park itself. Really close to the West entrance and it’s nice that they have a bar/grille on the site. Had a nice shower too and bathrooms were VERY clean.
Joshua tree gem!
JT Sportsman's Tent Campground is a 10/10 for my husband and me! We had a wonderful stay here over Memorial Day Weekend. The camping area was spacious and the sand made for a very comfortable night's sleep. All the tent spot are well shaded. There's moveable fire pits, which was nice to give each neighbor some room. We were super impressed with the pristine cleanliness of the bathroom/shower. Plus, this location is sooo close to Joshua Tree National Park & shops downtown. There's even a basketball court and playground nearby for family fun. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next trip to JT.
Really nice showers and wifi! The hostess was great and the restaurant/bar next door was convenient. The location was also convenient outside of Joshua Tree but felt sort of like a sand parking lot with no privacy between sites.
