We invite you to boondock/dry-camp on our large private, operational 10-acre agricultural farm! We have 4 spots for RVs/vans no longer 30 ft long & 12 feet wide which are separated by a few trees or a wooden fence for some privacy. Mobile port-o-potties are provided near sites for convenience. We are working to beautify this family-owned farm, so there may be some activity, animals, and work happening on the farm, however your site will not be affected by our daily activities. There is also a railroad nearby, so please don’t be surprised if a train rolls through.
HIGHLIGHTS: Walking distance to Tin City/breweries, wineries and restaurants, so no need to pay for an Uber or Lyft. LOTS OF OTHER WINERIES, BREWERIES, & PLACES TO EAT NEARBY! Target, Chilis, and other well-known shops and restaurants, along with downtown Templeton and Paso Robles, are less than a 5-minute drive away. Beautiful Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, & Los Osos are less than 40 minutes away. Lots of hiking and outdoor activities as close as a 10-minute drive or 1-hour drive away. This is a perfect spot to stay if you are visiting for events or concerts in Paso Robles; Tin City also holds lots of concerts in the summertime. There is also an RV dump, propane refill, and water refill station located one mile away from our farm. LOTS of RV/van stores and repair shops nearby!
EXPECTATIONS: Please be completely self-contained, meaning you have your own water and electricity/power, trash system. Since our farm is a work-in-progress, we ask that you stay within your site only.

This is my 2nd time staying at this awesome HipCamp and I cannot believe it isn't booked out every day!
Walking distance to the fantastic TinCity and quiet as ever in the night..
You can even waive at the Amtrak twice a day... I am coming back MANY times this year!

This place is a dream: literally walking distance from Tin City and a short bike tide into the lovely little Western town of Templeton.
Jordan and his pops are the greatest host and the site is idyllic, quiet and private, and close enough to wave at the two Amtrak trains that pass once a day!
I almost wanted to keep this place private as I want to coke back again and again!
