Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Our three-acre property sits right across the street from Greenhorn Park and reservoir, where you'll be enchanted by the flocks of geese, ducks, and wild birds. Yreka is also surrounded by hiking trails, waterfalls, and Pluto's Cave. We have a large flat lot perfect for RVs. Have fun fishing across the street at the reservoir.

Feels remote e close to the highway

It is in a very nice close to the freeway area and mostly quiet from road noise definitely be prepared for all of the bird noise from the water across the street. We really enjoyed the trails at the reservoir

Basic parking spot.

Great for self contained. Nice views of lake. Adjacent road is busy until about 7 PM. Easy to find and access. Recommend for over night.

Y not Yreka?

Very convenient to I-5, but with very little highway noise. The property sits across from a nice reservoir with trials and bike paths. We took a nice walked, enjoyed the spring sunset, and headed out early the next morning. I will stay here again since it marks just half way between home in Seattle and our family in California.

Beautiful

It was really beautiful there. We walked around the reservoir in the morning. It was a quick stop for us on a longer drive. Megan was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!!

Greenhorn Overlook

This was a nice easy location off of hwy 5, maybe 5 minutes at most. We stayed in the lot over looking the reservoir. The lot is relatively flat. The reservoir provided a nice easy walking path with friendly folks getting there morning walk in as we were. We will definitely stay again.
