Enjoy camping on our pristine 13-acre Desert Oasis in the heart of Yucca Mesa, we welcome Tent campers, self-contained RVs and Travel trailers.
Site 1 has a circular road for easy access and a back in space for an RV up to 27'.
Site 2 is best suited for tent camping.
Daily fee is for up to 4 people and 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are $10 each, additional people are $5 each. Maximum 4 vehicles and 10 people per site.
Each site has a fire pit with grate and there is a shared portable toilet.
Our serene, rural playground offers panoramic views, endless stars and a spectacular sunrise, all 5 minutes from the paved road and easily assessable by car or RV. The Joshua trees, Yucca and mature desert vegetation make the perfect backdrop for Sunrise and Sunset.
Guest are free to explore the grounds or surrounding areas. Nearby (15-20min drive) attractions include Joshua Tree National Park, downtown Joshua Tree, Pioneertown, the Integratron, Pappy & Hariots, Red Dog Saloon, Giant Rock, hiking and OHV trails, etc.
Your privacy and experience are important to us and we are nearby if you need anything. No collecting wood or plants. Pack it in, pack it out, and leave no trace!

Absolutely beautiful property. Feels like you’re directly in the park, surrounded by plenty of Joshua trees and lots of wildlife. Would recommend 4 wheel drive to get here, but was manageable in a versa. Next door neighbor did leave a lot of trash/furniture on this property which was a bummer but Susan was efficient and a great host.
Absolutely loved our stay here! I came up with four of my friends from San Diego just for one night at it was the perfect get away. My friends were so impressed with the spot. Close to the park and the cute shops in twentynine palms. The land was stunning, we had such a lovely time watching the sunset and stargazing. Susan was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying in Green Acres.

If you’re looking for a beautiful private campground close to Joshua Tree, this is the place for you! Susan was so kind and responsive and helped us find the place when we were having some trouble. We were at site 1 and there was another camper at site 2 that was super friendly and helpful. The stars at night were stunning and we enjoyed just sitting by the fire and stargazing. It was very quiet and peaceful and super close to town so I felt very safe. It got a little chilly at night, but once in the tent it was the perfect temperature. (We stayed the last weekend of April.) We only stayed one night, but I would definitely would have stayed two nights if we could!

Clean, flat camp area surrounded by open desert and Joshua Trees. Beautiful sunrises over the desert and sharp
edge mountain silhouette sunsets. Easy RV access from Warner Vista on approximately 1 mile of dirt roads (might want
to check dirt roads if there have been recent heavy rains). Has a new porta-potty, fire ring, and plenty of open space. Very quiet
with great night sky view. Joshua Tree North Entrance is approximately 20 minutes away. Susan was a pleasure to work with!
Great location for exploring Joshua Tree National Park and the nearby towns. Easy access, less than a mile and a half of dirt road in good condition. Level sites, nice fire ring and porta potty. Wide open spaces with beautiful view of sun setting over the mountains. Gorgeous night sky. Host very responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing Host - Amazing View which overlooks the entire area - great for star gazing and having a campfire.
This place provides a space to sleep near Joshua Tree National Park with a lot of open space on the property to enjoy the desert. We only stayed for one night while passing through Joshua Tree but we wish we would have stayed longer. This place is a perfect getaway and not far from LA.

Green acres is the place to be! Great primitive camping in secluded desert spot with lots of Joshua trees. Loved the location close to the park and to pioneer town. Perfect spot for our little travel trailer and to have some privacy. This would be a great place to reserve with a few friends to share the campfire. We will definitely be back.
