Enjoy our fully furnished 10x10 Kodiak Canvas tent, nestled in an old growth azalea grove and surrounded by huge spruce trees (sleeps 2). Comfy queen bed with sheets, pillows, and down comforter, side table with light, rugs, power strip. Tent has spacious 6'6" ceiling.

Outside is a picnic table, potable water jug, non-potable water hose (for dishes, hand washing), a small lantern, a trash bag, a sponge/dishpan/soap, and a few dish towels, and space for one additional tent.

Guests should bring additional tents/sleeping gear (if more than 2 people), camping stove/kitchen supplies, flashlights, lots of warm clothes.

Tent is about 50 yards walk from parking spot on flat dirt path (one reasonably sized car/truck only, no sleeping in vehicle!). Guests have access to a small portion of the property, but there's plenty of privacy.

No fires or BBQs. Camp stoves only. There are several bears and other hungry critters in the area - we ask guests to store their food/coolers in their car at night and when they are not at the campsite. No food in the tent!

Up to 2 dogs ok, but they must be leashed or under voice control. No pups on the bed. Also must get along with other dogs, cats and chickens on the property. Property is not fully fenced. Please pick up the poop!

I enjoyed my stay at Azalea Glamp! I was driving through on a road trip to Redwood National Park and it was a great 1 night stay prior to getting to the park the following day. The Glamp is very cute and the bed was sooo comfortable. I also had with me my dog and he enjoyed the experience just as much!

Lovely wooded spot. My husband said it was the most comfortable mattress he had ever slept on. It is a firm, but not hard, queen size futon. Feels like you are in a secluded woodland glen. Nice composting toilet facility! Kind thoughtful but not intrusive owners.

Azalea Clamp was exactly as described. The atmosphere was pleasant and the camping experience was simple and met our needs. Conveniently located close to town and an easy drive North and South to many great places.

Absolutely perfect set-up with flexibility and comfort to make your less outdoorsy friends or partner happy, but peace and quiet surrounded by trees to still feel like you're outside of the city. Guidance to the site is very detailed, although I was a little unsure if I parked correctly. The location is incredibly convenient: less than five minutes off of 101, 10 - 15 minutes depending on where you are going in Eureka, 5 minutes to Arcata, 20 - 30 minutes to Redwood sights. There was decent reception for both of us, and Rosie was super responsive and gracious with apples and reaching out beforehand.

The tent is perfect for a couple, with a comfy bed and plenty of comforters to keep you warm. There isn't much room inside to pop another sleeping bag though, so if you are more, you would do well to set up a tent in the rather spacious area outside between that and the picnic table. The electrical outlet was a lifesaver since my boyfriend forgot his battery pack, and the covid and generally clean and kind for camping supplies like potable water, soap, and a ready hose were much appreciated.

My favorite part of this was the starry quiet at night and charming morning under the trees with soft sounds of nature. It sounds cheesy. but it was true. I just stood and sat in the hammock enjoying the peace, and felt secure with my dog through the night without having to worry about nightlife, and with a kind host nearby - but giving privacy . We will definitely be back for future Humboldt trips, no matter where we go on the Lost Coast.
