Eel River farm retreat

Season was integral to the success of my whole event and made everything so easy! I was running an educational program and she helped find me resources, and connections in the area! She taught my group about regenerative farming and the history of the area. She’s a bright light in the world. I’m excited to return!

If you're looking for a GORGEOUS place to camp right above the Eel River on an idyllic farm, do yourself a favor and stay at one (or all) of the campsites at Five Sisters Farm on Season G's land. A group of friends and I were scrambling for alternate plans when a nearby festival was cancelled last-minute. We found Season's Hipcamp, booked the farm retreat, and had a far better time there than we could have imagined having at the festival.

Season is such an accommodating, lovely host, the farm is beautiful (don't miss Roscoe the dog, and the chickens who like to be petted like dogs!), and you can curate a camping experience for yourself based on your preferences -- I was lucky enough to stay in the Blue Bell Dream Tent, a delightfully furnished glamping experience, and friends spread tents out in camps above the river, in the garden, and over the bluff.

Season's Hipcamp is the perfect combination of the full rustic camping experience, with touches like a hot shower and Season's warm hosting that make it, in our experience, the ultimate spot. Bonus points for those interested in educational regenerative cannabis/vegetable practices.
