We loved watching little planes take off on the morning after camping under the trees.

Our stay at Hanger 54 was just what we needed. Being a self contained camper we came prepared and excited. The site was quiet, flat, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Our host was gracious and helpful with recommendations for the area. Most of all we enjoyed getting away from the heat that weekend.

Hangar 54 was a great place to stay, picturesque town and quiet camping location. I would definitely stay here again again, hopefully for a few days next time! David was very accomodating and helpful

Pleasantly surprised that it was a little Cessna airport that saw no traffic when I was there. Otherwise as expected. Host made himself available with rounds at check in and in a.m.

We loved Hanger 54! I was so excited to see a plane land and pull into one of the hangers while we were there. Plenty of space, water and power. David is going to keep improving the sites. David is a great host and kept making sure we were having a good time. Short walk to the beach and bike path (4 mi) along coast. Kids went on the Skunk train rail bikes and had a blast. Great seafood in Ft Bragg. Definitely a good hip camp on the NorCal coast.
