Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location Is quite and seculeded but also just a 15 min drive away from the main section of Joshua Tree. David and Tona were just about the friendliest hosts you can ask for and had the perfect mix of being available to chat but also to leave you to your amazing site. We had the moonrise site and enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sunset and stars and watching the wood mice run around while the campsite cat came by to say hi. We will definitely be back! One of the best places I've stayed not just in J. Tree, but anywhere.

Loved the location and the tent and bed are awesome ... super great host as well .... The only thing that was a little bit difficult is there are a lot of campsites right next to each other and a lot of noise, our neighbors were up till 130 drinking and yakking, as long as noise doesn’t bother you you should be good

My fiancé and I came here for a quick getaway from the city and it was the most amazing experience! First the hosts are so nice and they’re line of communication is always open and respond swiftly too. In order to get here you have to use coordinates which was new but they send you pics of the campsite along with geographic images that have fun things to do in the area highlighted so it’s actually super easy to get to. We got the moonrise tent for a night and as soon as we park in our own little spot we walk up to the cutest insulated tent! Our pup had LOTS of land to safely roam on and we can watch him explore from either the large picnic table or the hammock that was also provided by these rock star hosts! There is also a gas bbq for which they provide the tank, they also provide 5 Gals of drinking water!! There’s lights for the night, a eco-toilet and stand up urinal and a hand washing station. Bring your own fire wood and enjoy the fire pit under the stars on the additional folding chairs also provided! Seriously I could go on and on but this is something that’s just best experienced in person. David and Tona seriously made us feel safe and gave us awesome tips (including how to avoid high traffic areas!) so thank you for opening your space to us! We will definitely be back!
