Lovely little river for fishing and a beautiful campground to relax in. The bathrooms are clean so no complaints there. Friendly hosts and an even friendlier dog than hung out with us during our weekend getaway. Definitely coming back!

Cabin Stay
We absolutely loved our experience! My husband and I usually do tent camping, but I wanted a cabin because I’m 6 months pregnant and there was a storm expected one of the days we were there. Cabin 1 is so nice and cute!! We adored the rustic/boho vibe and it was plenty spacious for us, our 18 month old, and our dog. We enjoyed watching the lightning storm out the back window as we were cozy inside the cabin. We also enjoyed treks along the beautiful landscape and down to the river. Having a flushing toilet was a huge plus especially to this pregnant lady! Noleen, her family, and dog were such gracious hosts and we appreciate their generosity. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Peaceful campsite!
We had a great time. Nice and peaceful cabin. Me and my husband and 2 dogs fit in this cozy cabin. Will be returning in the summer.

Serenity and a friendly pup :)
Beautiful large property along the river! Really peaceful and remote. I felt very safe as a solo woman. Host’s directions were helpful and I made it up and down the dirt roads just fine in my 2WD compact. Lots of nice marked camping spots near the river and the cabin I stayed in was cozy. I went in January so it felt like I had it all to myself. My favorite part was their adorable and friendly farm dog who walked everywhere with me and gave me a proper “tour”. I got the wood stove going enough to warm the cabin for the evening, and I would recommend bringing some extra dry kindling in the winter if you want to get it really going (dampness is expected with winter camping). Would love to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy one of the campsites right by the river. And probably would come back just to hang out with the cool dog!
