A real gem
Beautiful spot to break up our trip. We loved the smells of grass, the starry sky and occasionally hearing the horses from the neighbouring property. Hard to believe we were not far from I-5.
Ben was kind and fast with his responses, and the campsite was well maintained and easy to find.
Ben’s spot was the perfect stopping point on our drive, we liked it so much we stayed there again on our way home! The directions were easy, it’s close to town and the highway yet also feels private. The sunset was beautiful and the horses just on the other side of the fence were such a treat for the kids to see. Thank you!
Perfect place for a nights rest.
Ben place was just what I needed. It felt secluded even though it was minutes from the highway. I had no issues parking my 27’ airstream. I only stayed one night during my travels but will definitely stay here again if I travel along the same route.
We were making our way down 5 and needed a simple place to overnight not too far from the freeway and this place was just perfect. It’s a beautiful meadow between oaks and other trees and had the right feeling of seclusion. You could totally just hang out here for a few days and read or play games with friends, or it could be your pit stop like it was ours.
It’s was wicked windy the whole time for us, but no matter, as we came in at dusk and departed in the morning. We have a truck and 14’ camper and navigated with no problem.
Perfect en route overnight
Perfect overnight stop off of I-5. Easy to find and let ourselves in. Beautiful sunset, plus the smell of cut grass and the sound of turkeys gobbling enhanced our enjoyment of our evening beverage. Thanks for sharing this space Ben!
