Peaceful, security-gated property with a campsite for RV's/tent camping for maximum of 6, and a charming Pickle Barrel cabin for 2 is available. You can book either one or both. This 10 acre property is located on the ridge in a mixed redwood forest, above the fog, with a filtered view of the Garcia River canyon. There is room for 2-3 tents, or a 25 foot RV, along with parking for 2 cars. No wood campfires allowed June-November. Gas grills and propane fire pits are fine on the dirt surfaces. The owners and their dog live on site about 50 yards away. You may see us doing our walks. Centrally located. 10 minutes from beaches, rivers, state parks, Stornetta Lands National Monument, and towns, i.e., Gualala, Point Arena, or Anchor Bay.

Canyon Ridge Campsite

My stay was short (1 night) and loved the campsite in the property. It was in a shady spot with trees surrounding the canyon. Small amenities such as the picnic table and benches were really convenient for me. It was clean and organized. My host was very communicative too and gave clear instructions on how to get there.

Lovely Tranquil Woodsy

We have had a lovely time relaxing in a gorgeous rainstorm on the property. This has been a much needed break from Bay Area life. The peek-a-boo view through the trees is gorgeous. We would definitely come back here again. We didn’t use the little cabin but it is adorable from the outside.

The Pickle Barrel Cabin

Perfectly picturesque, this cute cabin was a totally cozy home away from home. Our host was helpful and thoughtful in how they set up the place. I highly recommend staying here.
