My wife and I loved camping at the Ostrich Farm. We were in the area for my son's baseball tournament, so we didn't really engage in the activities, but it was perfect for our needs. Great views. Beautiful grounds. Jessica's Dad (Lou) was great to talk with. Lou can tell you all about the history and the current events in the area and he's a great, hard working man. I bought some ostrich oil and trying it out on my dry Colorado skin. So far so good.

We had such a great time and Josh and Jessica's Ostrich Farm. We got to learn about ostrich, take home an egg, and even get in some archery and axe throwing. This was our first camping trip with our lil guy, and it was a perfect stay. We stayed in the Garden section, and had frogs chirping, and beautiful wild sounds we didn't need a sound machine from busy LA.

Thanks a ton!

We had a FANTASTIC TIME!!! It’s a family-owned business and they treated us like we were family. It was SOOOO PEACEFUL — WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK!!!! We also paid for the “tour,” and though it wasn’t what I would call a “tour” in the traditional sense of the word, we did feel we learned a lot about ostriches. You could tell they love what they do, and the big birds they care for.

Great spot! Lou is friendly, knowledgeable, and the type of guy I’d love to sit down and have a beer with. We brought three young kids who literally squealed when they woke up to see the ostriches - we got in late the night before. The play ground is a great addition as well.

Amazing! So unique with everything we needed and more! The hosts and their staff were welcoming and friendly.

We tent camped in the garden. It was a little windy in November. There was an outlet in the garden for our use. The bathrooms are a stand-alone, adjacent building with stalls. There is a large commercial playground and an archery range! The gate to the ranch opens in the morning at 8am. There is a small pond in the garden that is not fenced off and could pose a danger to small kids.

Big sky views in an idillic chaparral landscape among the mountains. We got to see the ostriches up close and there were all these amazing ravens. We could hear other animals on adjacent properties.
