Great spot and 30 amp plugin was a big plus. Would definitely go again.

Site was exactly as pictured. You are essentially staying in a giant backyard. The lot is fenced in and set back from a quiet road. I felt extremely safe here and left my doors unlocked. The only noise I heard was the occasional feint sound of neighbors chatting in the distance.

Graham is new to hosting and is adding new features constantly! He had just installed a 30 AMP service when I arrived. I asked if there was a fire pit and at the time there was not, but by the end of the night he had built me a fire pit using stones. He really is a super host!

Very nice and accommodating. I really enjoyed staying here, and the town is only a 5-minute drive away. Two things to note is that there is no dump site in town or at the site, and the water hookup is a spigot that is located a bit behind the shed. Keep that in mind when you position your camper. Also, you can park wherever you like on the lot (as far as your hose and extension cord can reach), but the whole site isn't particularly level, although my jacks were able to level out my camper.

NOTE: When you enter the address for this property, google maps may inexplicably take you down a parallel road called Salinas. THIS ROAD IS A DEAD END AND YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO TURN AROUND. Simply enter from Los Palos Road which is the address.

This camp is an open field on a very mild slope, but don't worry fellow rv'ers, it was very easy to find a good level spot near the firepit and picnic table.
It's a simple spot, just land, firepit, a hose halfway to the main house, and some eucalyptus trees that provide some very helpful morning shade.
We were Graham's first guests, so it's quite possible that more has been added since then.
Keep an eye on this little spot, it's got potential.
