Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Our property is on located above the famous 'Gold Wall' rock climbing area, overlooking Lake Melones. Enjoy the great 360* views of the Sierras and foothills from this unspoiled 120 acre ranch property surrounded by public land. We own a small wine vineyard that offers glamping at its finest. The perfect place to spend one or two nights before your big trip to Yosemite National Park. Our property is NOT recommended for children under 12 yrs old, as we have dangerous cliffs that are straight drop offs. Choose to stay in 1 of our 3 cabins or just pitch a tent and camp under the stars {2 sites available}. The ranch offers the most wonderful fresh Mountain drinking water, with nice shady lawns to sit under, to cool from the Summer weather. If you are in a campsite, please bring your pet. (No pets in the cabins however please). The ranch also offers an area where you can sit at a picnic table and relax while you BBQ ( 4- large picnic tables/ BBQ/ and shared campfire ring). If your into rock climbing, try your skill at the world famous- "Gold Wall", or maybe enjoy our safe and easy hiking trails, or playing horse shoes, or even some golf on the "Dragon's Teeth" 6-hole (mini course). If you just want to relax and enjoy the spirit of the ranch, get a wonderful body massage www.beyondthelotus.com by Michele, a licensed massage therapist, or hang out at the wine bar on the cliffs edge, overlooking the "Gold Wall" and Lake Melones at sunset and take in the beauty of the stars in the night sky. By special request- get a ride the the Table Mountain Miniature Railroad, that covers 1-mile on it's journey to the "Hawks Lair" wine bar and sunset viewing platform.

Flower Power Cabin #2
I visited this hidden gem with my son. I had a lack of information but relied on the recommendation from the other parents in the school of my son. The host was very friendly and allowed to access any place in the property. It might not be the place like 5 start Hyatt hotel but it is worthy to take a rest and feel nature with breeze. I and my son could feel the beauty of the environment and look into myself. I turned off the rushing and noisy job for time being.

Campsite 1
Oh my gosh. This place is great! I camped one night with my two daughters. Patrick, one of the owners, even came out to build us a fire. He was very helpful and all the facilities are clean and functional. I will definitely return if I find myself in the area again. The listing undersells this place.

Zen Den Cabin #3
So beautiful
We love the Zen Den and the entire property is an incredible piece of natural beauty. The host Michele and Patrick are so warm and welcoming. Patrick even got the train out for us and took us on a ride around the property and then invited us to share the last of their private wine from their vineyard at sunset. The Zen Den is warm and cozy with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. We love this place!

Flower Power Cabin #2
Great views, and even better hosts
We loved glamping in cabin 2 on Michele and Patrick’s land! They were the most gracious hosts and treated me and my partner beyond kindly. Our stay exceeded our expectations as it is such a beautiful piece of property, all of which is made accessible during the stay. Patrick even brought out the train for us to take us to a beautiful gazebo that overlooked New Melones Lake. We spotted wildlife in the property including many adorable cats, bucks, and birds. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Highly highly recommend this place for a secluded getaway!

Teddy Bear Cabin 1
A rare gem
What an amazing place. We reached out the day before in a panic because our reservation at another spot got canceled. Michele was responsive and even let us move into the Zen Den which was bigger so our son had room to sleep. She provided a cot for him, and warm blankets and pillows. The room was so cozy and beautiful. We sat on the porch and had an stunning view of the sunset. There was a private bathroom and shower down the walkway of our little cabin, and an area to make a campfire. It was private and welcoming. There is a wine bar overlooking the lake and the view is one of a kind. The property owner Patrick came over and welcomed us and made us feel really comfortable too. I just can't say enough about this property.
